I have so many photos, so many memories from Catania. From Augusta. These are just a few, and I have held onto them for a while. Because when we were there, we did not want to announce our presence and when I left, my friends continued sailing towards Gaza. It didn’t feel right. But now, I can remember the times in Italy with joy. I have never felt such a feeling of belonging and purpose. We are all different, and although we share the same beliefs, we move differently. But through it all, I appreciate every one of you that were part of this journey, and I will continue this fight with you all. Much love to each and every one that enriched my life, and love to the people of Italy. Whether it’s been the amazing dock workers, the people or the participants of GSF. Thank you. Those days were gold.

These are some of the best people in this world, I consider them my family♥️ They are ordinary people, with extraordinary resolve. I am scared of what they might face, and I am angry that governments continue to fail, forcing civilians to risk their lives. With a heavy heart I was forced to leave them and return home after my sail boat, due to engine failure, wasn’t able to undertake the journey to Gaza. But we continue the fight on the ground✊ The next 24 hours are critical as the flotilla nears the shores of Gaza. We need all eyes on deck, and if the flotilla is intercepted or attacked by the Zionist regime, we all need to rise in the millions, strike, disrupt, protest! This is a turning point in history, and we are not backing down, we will not stop, not until Palestine is free🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸!
