When the gig is BIG, knowing how to read and write music hits different. 🎶🥁

@briandunnedrums shares a story of landing a major gig with Alejandro Sanz—and realizing just how valuable those skills really were.

#aboutlastnight❤️ the ever-hilarious #eddiegriffin allowed us to be in his entourage for about 3 seconds for the pic lol. Should we make him an honorary #Daddio member? 😁Great pleasure bringing the Daddio funk to the 25th annual #stalbansjazzfest yesterday 8.02.26. Great times! Although as a child I would often pass out in church on Sunday, Hah ! I have never had a problem playing in a hot sweaty club or outside in extreme heat . I actually love it ! Looks like a hot summer night here circa 1990 at Honeysuckles on 85 and Columbus most likely long gone now . I knew Nyc was gonna work out because of these gigs !
