Registering a company takes a week. Running one takes every year.

MCA had to launch CCFS-2026 for a reason. Thousands of companies get incorporated, and then nothing. No auditor appointed. No INC-20A. No AOC-4, no MGT-7, year after year, until the additional fee quietly grows larger than the company itself.

Most founders aren’t avoiding compliance. They simply don’t know the list exists.

And it stops being about money sooner than people think. Section 164(2) disqualifies directors for five years. Section 248 strikes the company off.

Save this before you incorporate. Send it to the founder who already has.
