Engineering isn’t just in code… it’s in everything ✨🏗️🍪
This gingerbread house at Fairmont DC (@fairmontwashington ) wasn’t just baked — it was engineered. From structural integrity to architectural design, every detail required planning, precision, and creativity.

Proud moment watching my big sister, Lyndsey Barton (@idesign.food ), Executive Pastry Chef, design something this complex — and even prouder as she transitions into tech while completing her B.S. in Information Technology.

Proof that tech minds exist everywhere… even in pastry kitchens. 💻➡️🍰
STEM has many flavors — and this one is sweet.

The principal of AJ’s school asked if Reese & I would assist with the Christmas party by dressing as Mr. & Mrs. Santa Claus, and of course, we said yes.

Being Mr. & Mrs. Claus wasn’t on our bucket list, but today, a lifetime memory was made, and as usual, we had a BLAST!

The innocent joy on the faces of the kids made every second in those hot wigs and costumes worth it.

AJ didn’t know we were dressing as Santa and Mrs. Claus, but the way he walked around with his little chest stuck out said it all. When his class arrived to visit with Santa, he patiently waited in line with a huge smile on his face. When it was his turn to greet Santa, he ran into my arms, turned to his PaPa, and told him to take that old beard off his face. 😂🤣😂🤣😂

A few of the kids were frightened, but AJ quickly comforted them and said, It’s ok, guys, it’s my MiMi and PaPa.

Reese: Baby, check your email. I made arrangements for lunch today.
Me: (Smiling because I love it when he makes a fuss over me!) Sure, babe, what time do you want me to be there?

Lunch with the sexiest man walking the halls at the Pentagon makes a Wonderful Wednesday! Love Me some Reese! #accessgranted #perksofbeingMrs.Albert #Favored
