And just like that… Cannes is over! 🥂

One last cocktail, a few more laughs, way too many good scents… and suddenly, it’s time to say goodbye to the Croisette. 🥹

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by our showroom, shared a drink, discovered a new favourite scent, or simply came to enjoy the good vibes with us.

And of course, a very special thank you to our brands :

For Idman, fragrance is a space for emotion, instinct and self-expression.

Created with precious extracts from Grasse, its unisex fragrances move between creation and chaos, unfolding on the skin to reveal different layers over time.

Bold, intimate and made to linger, each scent embraces individuality beyond boundaries and conventions.

THE POLARIS GUIDE — PART II

If Part I made you curious, Part II is where things get interesting.

The next chapter of our Polaris edit is here.

Another 18 houses. 18 fragrances. 18 reasons to slow down, smell properly and discover what independent perfumery is doing right now.

This edition moves through amber, tobacco, tropical fruit, green woods, mineral textures, honeyed florals, dark resins and a few compositions that refuse to fit neatly into any category.

Some are elegant.
Some are strange.
Some are immediately addictive.
And some are the kind of fragrances that only make sense once they touch skin.

For Part II, we selected one perfume from each featured house — not always the bestseller, not always the obvious choice, but the one we think deserves your attention at Polaris.

18 houses. 18 scents. One more chapter of the guide.

AMBER VOLTAIRE
FRIEND OF A FRIEND

Perfumer: Lorenzo Volonté
Olfactory direction: Amber · Spicy · Woody · Balsamic

FRAGRANCE PYRAMID

TOP
Red Mandarin · Saffron · Cardamom

HEART
Jasmine · Blonde Woods · Patchouli

BASE
Amber · Sandalwood · Labdanum · Tonka Bean · Patchouli

WHAT DOES IT SMELL LIKE?
Juicy mandarin and aromatic spices open the fragrance before melting into jasmine and creamy blonde woods. Labdanum, sandalwood, tonka and amber create a smooth, warm and quietly powerful drydown.

FUN FACT
Friend of a Friend gives its fragrances personalities rather than simply scent profiles. Amber Voltaire represents “quiet sophistication” created for someone who doesn’t chase validation and believes real elegance speaks softly.

WHY TRY IT?
Because it proves an amber can feel rich and luxurious without becoming heavy and spicy at the opening, creamy through the heart and beautifully resinous on skin.

HOT STUFF
GRANDE PERFUMES

Perfumer: Lorenzo Orlandi Berti
Olfactory direction: Fruity · Gourmand · Tobacco · Woody

FRAGRANCE PYRAMID
