We’re in a connection epidemic. Fewer calls, more texts, and in that trade-off we’re losing something important – the power of hearing someone’s voice.
So, I teamed up with @idmobileuk and @mentalhealthuk to try and get the nation talking again.
We set everyday Brits a challenge: for 21 days, swap one text a day for a real phone call. The result? Relationships got stronger, people reconnected, and some finally had a conversation they’d been putting off for a long time.
This year for World Mental Health Day (October 10th), swap the text and ‘Make it a Call’.

If one thing was highlighted this week it’s that in some parts of the country, people are paying upwards of £5 for a 99.

So @iDMobileUK backed the idea that people shouldn’t be paying more for less and headed down to Clacton to make 99’s cost 99p again.

£5 for a 99? Bin it off. Because people deserve their money's worth £££. ✅
