I've had this post ready for three days. THREE DAYS. 😭 And I've been too scared to post it. I think part of me was scared of becoming that guy on the internet who's always asking for help. I didn't want to look desperate. I didn't want people to think I was begging. But then I had to ask myself: what's the worst that could happen? People ignore it? Nobody sees it? Brands don't respond? And then what? I'll figure something out, just like I've been figuring things out. The truth is, I'm in a situation where I need help. Tomorrow, I'll be returning the phone I've been using, and I still don't have a replacement. And this phone isn't just for scrolling Instagram. It's one of the tools I need to keep documenting Built From The Floor, my 100-day challenge to raise ₦5,000,000 while building towards my dream of becoming a filmmaker who directs a blockbuster movie by 28. So I'm putting my pride aside and asking. I'm looking for a phone brand, tech retailer or partner willing to help me get a replacement phone so I can keep documenting this journey. In return, I'd love to explore a content partnership where I put the device to work through real-world content, product demonstrations and the daily story of building from the floor. I'm also open to conversations with creators who can connect me to the right people, and anyone willing to help make this happen. As Built From The Floor grows, I want to recognise the people who believe in it early and contribute meaningfully to the journey. I don't know if this post will lead anywhere. I don't know who's going to see it. But I know that keeping quiet doesn't improve my chances. A closed mouth is a closed destiny, and I don't want mine to be closed. I believe God will come through for me. But I also believe I have to take the step in front of me. So here's my step. If you work with a phone brand, own a tech store, know someone who does, or know a creator who could help get this in front of the right people, please tag them, share this post or connect us. I created this a SaaS tool called "SinaiFlow". *SINAIFLOW* is a quotation and invoicing app I built — mainly for freelancers, tradespeople, and small business owners. Instead of sending quotes as WhatsApp screenshots or messy Word docs, you build one on your phone, send a link, and your client can view it, sign it, and pay you straight through the link — card, bank transfer, whatever works.
