This is the order I actually use with clients.
The “GEMS” Framework. Guard, Enhance, Manage, Significance, then it starts again for the next generation.

You cannot enhance what you haven’t guarded. A strong foundation provides the stability required for a robust plan that will be enduring.

As you continue to enhance, the more management will be required, to improve efficiency, and to reduce leakages in your planning.

With more being managed, there will be more to distribute with SIGNIFICANCE, making real impact.

When this happens consistently, distribution is no longer about wealth alone, but a legacy with significance is created for the cycle to perpetuate.

Many plans fall apart because people skip straight to enhancing.
Save this before you plan your next move!

I’m so grateful that this journey has given me the opportunity to meet and work with so many good people along the way.

Earlier this week, I had the pleasure of celebrating this milestone together with Bruce @leetienhock , Joanne @jozziewozzie and Poobalan @ifitallmakescents, who are also marking significant milestones of their own — 20 years, 10 years and 5 years respectively with AIA and the agency.

Each of them has contributed in their own way and it’s rewarding to see them grow, remain committed and build meaningful careers over the years.

To all my agents, thank you for your trust, commitment and for being part of this journey with me.

I truly appreciate having each of you along the way.

And to all my clients, thank you for your continued trust and support over the years.

It is a privilege to be part of your journey and to serve you.

Here’s to the journey so far and to many more years and milestones ahead together.

A day of teamwork, challenges and a whole lot of fun at our annual RTP Bonding Day with our fellow colleagues from @rtporgsg! ❤️

We kicked off the morning with a treasure hunt at Fort Canning, where we solved quizzes, uncovered clues and worked together to unlock the final puzzle. It was a fun reminder that when everyone brings their ideas to the table and works together, challenges become easier to solve!

In the afternoon, we got hands-on with colourful plastic tubes and djembes. Guided by our facilitators, we built up simple rhythms that gradually grew in intensity, learning that creating music together requires everyone to stay in step, listen to one another and keep the rhythm going.

A great reminder that, just like music, teamwork is about moving together, supporting one another and working towards the same goal. 🥅

Everyone sees the wins.

Very few see the conversations, the setbacks, the self-doubt, and the countless small moments that make them possible.

Sales will humble you. It’ll stretch you and test your mindset, confidence, patience and everything in between.

But here’s the painful truth that I wouldn’t trade this career or journey for..
It has completely changed my life. The way I think about ownership, accountability, money and freedom which can be a double-edge sword if not handled well. But it will train us in discipline, resilience & emotional intelligence which are all not taught in school.

The best part of this journey was never the milestones.
It was the person I had to become to reach them.
Here’s to growing, learning, and showing up every day.

Wouldn’t trade this journey for anything.

Grateful for everyone who’s been part of it.

🧭 Midway through 2026: taking a moment to look ahead.

At this month’s District Meeting, we explored where we stand today, the future direction of Jem Advisory and the role each of us can play in shaping the agency’s next chapter.

As we continue to grow together, staying aligned with our vision and purpose remains key to building a stronger future for our people, our clients and our business.

Here’s to embracing new possibilities and moving forward with intention. ✨

Real choice isn’t choosing more.
It’s being able to say no.

It was very interesting to know which drink i am and also thankful to be able to unpack what it means for me. We're all so busy doing what's best for us and sometimes we need this check-ins to reflect and see if we are on track.

👨‍🍳 United by Aprons, Fueled by Fun. ⏲️

Last Monday, as part of @rtporgsg ‘s annual retreat, we had a friendly kitchen showdown, where we teamed up with colleagues across different agencies to unleash our hidden culinary talents (and competitive sides too!).

From iconic sights to sizzling pans, it was a day of fun, food, and unforgettable memories. 🥰

Here’s to collaboration beyond the office, and flavours that brought us closer. 🥘🧡
