Throwing it right back to that truly magical night in 1987 when Den and the group won the BPI award for the best british group this award was iconic for the group as they where the first black group to win it and this award was also following a record breaking 1986 for the group with the iconic ' Silk and steel ' album which holds a record for the most singles released off one album 🎤🎶👑🌠😁🤗💖🙏.This award was an awesome reward for the Pearsons as it highlighted there record breaking achievements in the music industry and also acknowledged the group as the pure class group they where many of there record breaking achievements are still unmatched today 🎤🎶👑🌠😁🤗💖🙏.Den looked absolutely stunning that night wearing a dress that the magical lady designed herself and I love the way Sted helped Den to and from the stage as Dens dress had a long trail on it 🤗💖🙏.I remember watching this at the time and the group opened the show with a flawless version of ' Can't wait another minute ' and they were sensational and then when they won best group I remember cheering and jumping around the living room with excitement I will never forget it then I think I watched it about a million times after on video tape 🎤🎶👑🌠😁🤗💖🙏.What's your memories of the group winning this award ? 😁🤗💖🙏.Life is beautiful and blessed and God is great 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 xx
