EARN YOUR KEEP VOL. 5 | OCEANSIDE, CA Last sunday, the next generation of street dancers came together in Oceanside for Earn Your Keep Vol. 5, a community dance battle coordinated by members of the Wild 7 Street Dance Crew. This event focuses on creating opportunities for dancers of all ages to express themselves, build confidence, and connect through street dance culture. As one of the first jams in San Diego County to introduce an Open Style category for youth ages 16 and under, Earn Your Keep gives young dancers a platform to showcase their creativity, individuality, and styles of movement. Beyond the competition, EYK’s vision is to help develop the next generation of dancers and community leaders while keeping street dance culture alive. This is how the next generation earns their keep.
