Stronghold Showdown Meet Recap
Total: 727.5kg | 1604lbs - DOTS: 501.65

Overall Best Lifter 🥇

BW: 80.0kg | 176.4lbs
SQ (2/3) - 255kg / 562lbs

B (2/3) - 150kg / 331lbs

D (3/3) - 322.5kg / 711lbs

I would be lying if I said I was satisfied with this meet, but that’s what happens when you don’t compete for a long time so it was nice to knock the rust off. Not going to yap but made a couple mental mistakes which caused me to miss my 2nd squat and 3rd bench but nothing we can’t fix. The third deadlift meant a lot just because I pulled for the 501 dots and the crowd really got behind me with it! Just want to thank everyone that came today and supported me and continues to support me and my journey!

This is just the floor! 👊🏼🛠️ 800

Hello there!! I wanted to connect on behalf of @gnarcy.amb . We've got some seriously rad jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the ideal candidate to rock our latest collection of rugged accessories!

If you're up for it, we'd love to hook you up with 3 pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – completely FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcy.amb (if you dont see a DM button, just reply to any of their stories), and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙

May seem like the worst possible date to have started a business. But for weeks leading up to that date I was hearing the phrase "Swing For The Fences" while weighing the decision to get a job for an existing local company...or start one for myself.

The night I made the choice to take that leap of faith and strike out on my own, the name Home Run came to me. Not just as an industry term for a direct cable run, but also an answer to the call for me to 'swing for the fences'.

One year in, I'm positive that I made the right decision.
I've made some great contacts over this year, proven that I can do quality work efficiently and built up quite a head of steam coming into my second year!

I need to thank my former employer @fearingsavs . Not only did they invest heavily in me as a technician through BICSI training/certification...but they also gave me a good crash-course on sales & design right before setting me loose to follow my own path. That was the final key piece I needed to take my 20 years of experience on to the next level.

I need to thank Josh Patterson @inthemixrocks for being my trusted right hand man through this. It's awesome to see what two ultra-knowledgeable and ultra hard-working guys can accomplish together in a year!

I should also thank the many customers/vendors who took a chance on a fledgling company.
