One thing I’ve learned from years of training alongside incredible women is that fitness was never about being the best-looking woman in the room. It’s about confidence, strength, and taking care of ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I’ve shared the mat with women battling cancer, diabetes, heart conditions, weight struggles, and recovering from hip and knee replacements. Different women, different battles, but one thing in common: THEY SHOW UP. And that inspires me every single day.

The beauty of it? The mat meets you exactly where you are. For that hour, the outside world can wait. That time is YOURS.

And you all know how much I LOVE a hot room! 🔥 Margo’s Hot Pilates at SWEAT gives me everything I love. A dark room, intense heat, an incredible workout, and the chance to sweat it all out! My advice? DON’T OPEN THAT DOOR! Stay, breathe, challenge yourself, listen to your body, and discover just how strong you really are.

I love my early mornings because before the world starts asking things of me, I’ve already done something for myself.

We all have busy lives, but we have to stop putting ourselves last. Make the time. Show up for YOU.

We aren’t competing with each other. We’re fighting for ourselves, our health, our confidence, and our future.

Because true strength isn’t just what you see on the outside. It’s what you build from within.

You are worth that hour. WE ALL ARE. ❤️💪🔥 #womensupportwomen #womenempowerment #womeninspiringwomen #strongisbeautiful #workoutmotivation

Hot Barre Sculpt is NEXT LEVEL. 🔥 There’s just no other way to say it.

I haven’t been able to get into one of Karen Mitchell’s classes in forever — one time doesn’t work with my schedule, and the other consistently has something like a 15-person waitlist. And there’s a reason for that. When you find a great instructor, you hold onto them…and apparently keep going back for the punishment. 😂

Because ladies, this is NOT a walk in the park.

Today was an ass-kicking, humbling, “I may actually die here” kind of class — and I loved every second of knowing I DID IT.

I talk about this all the time: perfection is in the progress. There is no magical place where you suddenly arrive at “perfect.” You just keep challenging yourself. Even in a class you’ve taken 100 times, you can go heavier, dig deeper, modify when you need to, and meet your body wherever it is that day.

If everything always feels easy, you’re probably not challenging yourself enough. Our bodies need to be pushed, strengthened and cared for — especially as women.

I will say it over and over: our bodies are our greatest health insurance. Taking care of them is one of the most important things we can actually control. Pour into your own cup. Move your body. Build your strength. Challenge yourself. 💪🏼

Thank you, Karen Mitchell, for once again completely humbling me and reminding me that there is ALWAYS another level.

And yes…I’ll be back for more punishment. 😂🔥

Perfection is in the progress. Always. Thank you Amy and Christine for being next to me! Your energy in class is always on point💪🏻💥 #womensupportwomen #strongwomen #womenfitness #womenwholift #menopause

Working out is about finding what works for you wherever you are in your life at that moment. I started in a gym on a treadmill lifting weights when I was 23 after being told my cholesterol was way too high. Then it turned into personal training sessions three times a week. After I had my kids, it became TRX, Bikram yoga, power walking, and jogging.

When I moved to Westchester, I found CrossFit and have been doing it for over 13 years now. Along the way I added in hot yoga for mobility, endurance, and cardiovascular health along with reformer Pilates, floor Pilates, sculpt classes with heat and weights, and my personal favorite, hot barre sculpt. Honestly, it is one of the hardest workouts I do.

No matter what class I’m taking, I do it because it feels good for my body. I love adding layers, changing things up, and continuing to challenge myself in different ways.

And I got lucky finding this Power 50 class with some incredibly dedicated and strong women who take the ride right alongside me while we sweat it all out and push through together.

Healthy lifestyles are smart lifestyles. It’s not crazy. It’s SMART living. #liftheavyshit

New class just dropped at Sweat 🔥

Margo is now teaching a hot sculpt mat Pilates class and if you’ve ever taken her before, you already know… her intensity, strength, and energy are unmatched. She pushes you in the best way so you can really lock in and get through some serious core and full-body work.

I love trying new things and putting myself out there and anything in the heat is my thing. I know people get intimidated by it, but if you’re serious about your health, that added heat can take your workout to another level, especially for cardio and endurance.

And ladies, remember this… do what you can and modify when you need to. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about showing up and making progress. Some days I walk in at half strength, but mindset carries me through every time.

Get up, get moving, and take care of your body. You deserve to feel strong and healthy 💪🔥

Early Tuesday mornings hit different 💪

Started the day with Kam and a Power 50 class… heavy weights, tough movements, and pushing past what feels comfortable. It’s not easy, but it’s necessary.

As we get older, it’s not just about cardio. Our muscles, bones, and joints need that strength work just as much as our heart needs movement. Strong isn’t optional, it’s essential.

Lift heavy. Stay strong. Keep going. 💪

For all the ladies going through tough or uncertain times, put yourself in rooms with strong women who keep showing up. Train beside them, grow beside them, and keep your head forward together.

Sunday funday energy and I’m back in the saddle again.

There’s something about moving heavy weights with other women that clears your mind and keeps you grounded. Discipline, strength, and showing up for yourself every single day.

Stay strong, keep going, and keep choosing a healthy lifestyle. 💪 Thank you @karvebykam for always a sweat. Dripping ass kicking workout!! Always bringing the heat!

Here are two bad ass ladies that make pushing through class so worth it. One of the best parts of boutique gyms isn’t just the workout, it’s the women you meet along the way. Getting stronger together, supporting each other, and actually celebrating one another’s wins. Every woman in my classes is busy, running businesses, managing life, doing it all and still showing up for herself. That’s what it’s about. Thanks @karvebykam for a killer class!
