🥁🔥 Some rhythms are heard, while others are felt throughout your entire body.

@ignitethebodyhtx at the Interchange is a space where music comes alive, musicians connect, and every instrument brings its own energy to create a unique atmosphere.

Behind the drums, every beat becomes part of a musical conversation shared with fellow artists and everyone experiencing the moment. It’s not just about playing — it’s about feeling the rhythm, flowing with the music, and being part of something that comes together in real time.

🎶 A monthly gathering where music connects us and energy moves us.

The rhythm begins in your hands, but you feel it throughout your entire body.

" I prefer Brave containers over safe containers" is 100% safety actually possible? We say no, it's not. Therefore we are called to be brave in all we do, to learn how to engage through risk, in the reality we are facing. In a world where COMFORT has become one of the highest principles of our daily living. We are called to rescue again, the brave wild heart. May the Courageous lion roar in your chest. #ecstaticdancehouston #contactimprovisation #freeformmovement #consciousnightlife #ecstaticdance

When it rains, go get wet. Go play. Explore. Rescue innocence once again, in tiny moments of trust in this intuition towards love..

We dance to remember. We gather to feel. The music lifts our spirits. To bring heart and mind so near. Bodies so alive, flailing into the night, attention lift us towards the One, beauty and Bliss in sight.

A new chapter begins. ✨

We’re honored to bring Ignite the Body to its new home at SPAR Gym, where month after month we’ll gather to move, release, and reconnect.

Through medicine music, conscious movement, and shared energy, we create a space for catharsis, joy, healing, and genuine human connection.

Every beat is an invitation to let go.
Every movement is a step back to yourself.

This is more than a workout.
This is a ritual in motion.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this beautiful beginning. We can’t wait to move with you again next month.

See you on the dance floor. 🔥🤍

A little bit of this month of March… Music also holds memory…
and this March is etched into the soul.

Between lights, encounters, and open hearts,
each note became a bridge,
each stage an altar.

Grateful for spaces like the Houston Latino Film Festival
and Medicine for the People Gathering,
for allowing the vibration to expand,
for holding the magic and opening pathways.

Grateful for every gaze that listened beyond sound,
and every soul that resonated along this path.

Texas held us,
the energy guided us,
and the music did what it does… unite.

I continue walking with a heart tuned to gratitude,
because when music is born from the soul,
it always finds its home.

✨ Thank you, thank you, thank you. @medicineforthepeoplegathering @houstonlatinofilmfestival

We dance to remember... Become empty of who you were told you are . Become full of God's truth... Dance is the practice of embodiment.. Learning to live in alignment with higher principles and in connection to the transcendent.. Join us for a night of flailing bodies and honest connection.. We will have a blast.. We will discover.. We will redefine meaning in our lives.. We will excavate the shadow and begin to transform it into creative action.. Building trust, each new motion..
