Sometimes I think we’ve overcomplicated healing. Because sometimes, what we really need is to come back to the body wisdom 🌀 To remember that the body is medicine. Movement is medicine. Expression is medicine. To shake. Breathe. Feel. Move. Soften. Take up space. To follow sensation instead of analyzing every fucking thing🫪 I’ve felt it in my own body, and I’ve witnessed it again and again in the women I hold space for… the shift that can happen through even ONE embodied somatic movement experience🫠 It’s juice 🧃 The nervous system softens. Energy moves. The feminine opens. The body remembers safety, expression + freedom. Imagine if we stopped asking our bodies to hold it all… and started giving them somewhere to put it. Imagine if THIS kind of medicine was practiced everywhere🌀 IN-BODY methodology | yummy Somatic Movement • Sensation • Expression • Embodiment It’s here where you can come back to the body & Let her speak 🌹 *also, sometimes I just CAN’T with the expectations of having 10 second reels. Like, no. Where’s the depth?! Where’s the attention span?! Enjoy this 1:11 minute reel ✨ xx #IGNITEwithSteph ❤️‍🔥

AWAKEN Hawaiʻi retreat 🌺 It’s difficult to put into words what happens when a group of women gathers on sacred land with the willingness to soften, trust, explore, and be witnessed. Held by the ʻāina of the Big Island, we moved through ritual, ceremony, movement, breath, nature, laughter, nourishment, stillness, and deep connection🌀 But the real magic was watching what happened within them. Watching women arrive as strangers and slowly allow themselves to be seen. Watching them trust us enough to surrender into experiences that invited them beyond what was familiar. Watching their bodies soften, their hearts open, their voices emerge, and pieces of themselves begin to come back online. We watched friendships form. Tears fall. Bellies ache from laughter. Walls soften. Women take up space differently. And perhaps most beautifully, we witnessed each woman begin to come home to a deeper relationship with herself🌹 That was AWAKEN 🪞✨🐦‍🔥 Not becoming someone new, but creating enough space to remember more of who has always been there. What an honor it was to hold this container alongside these incredible women and witness what can happen when we feel safe enough to open, explore, express, and become. Mahalo to the land that held us, to every woman who trusted us, and for the medicine of gathering with women. There’s truly nothing more beautiful 🌹 Until we gather again🌺🌀✨

The Big Island is often regarded as one of the most energetically potent places on Earth, where the MANA of the land invites remembrance, healing, and transformation. There is something different here. The ocean speaks.
The volcanoes breathe.
The rain cleanses.
The land remembers. And if we’re willing to slow down long enough, it reminds us of who we are beneath the noise, the responsibilities, the striving, and the endless doing. AWAKEN was created as a sacred pause🌀 A space for women to gather in community, reconnect with their bodies, nourish their spirits, and soften into the wisdom that already lives within them🌸 Through movement, breathwork, ceremony, nature, and CONNECTION we create the conditions for clarity and a deeper self-remembrance🌹 Not because you need to become someone new. But because there is a part of you asking to be awakened. 🌺 AWAKEN

It’s no longer “why do I do this work?” It’s… how could I not? How could I not feel deeply honored to hold space for women remembering themselves? How could I not be moved witnessing their softness, their truth, their rising? How could I not devote myself to creating experiences that bring women back home to their bodies, their hearts, their power? It would be remiss not to fully embrace this path🌀 𓆃 Sitting here integrating our Higher Self Women’s Retreat in Sedona… deeply in my feels, deeply in gratitude 🫠 For this path. For these women. For this life. Thank you to every woman who said yes to this experience. It was such an honor to witness you, connect with you, and hold space as you remembered who you are and tapped deeper into your higher self. You’re such a gift 🌹 Big love to @alyssaherrmann_ for cultivate such a beautiful container, and to @heressencephotography for capturing moments that will forever echo in my soul ✨ Feeling so grateful… and even more excited for our women’s retreat in Spain 😍 Blessings ✨ #IGNITEwithSteph #womensretreats #sensualsomatic *also, the lyrics to this song… mmmm yes. it captures the essence of feminine energy perfectly. It’s true. Because most of what you’re searching for isn’t outside of you— it’s held in your body. In the places you’ve guarded. In the breath you’ve been holding. In the tension you’ve learned to live with. The deeper you breathe, the more spaciousness you create, and the more time you give yourself to relish in these moments, the more you awaken into the human experience. If you’re coming to my weekly offerings you know we’re moving slow. Intentional. Honest. And diving deep into the soma experience because this is where connection happens… this is how we feel to heal 🌀 Come vibe with me: Sunday May 31st | IGNITE the class @walteryoga (almost sold out! Drop a 🫀for a code) Tuesday 915a | Somatic Slow Flow @blackswanyogaarizona Old Town Wednesday 615p | AWAKEN Vinyasa @portal.phx Thursday 12p | Power Vinyasa @blackswanyogaarizona Midtown Btw this reel isn’t in slow mo… it’s me moving as slow as I can within each cycle of breath 🫦 xx ❤️‍🔥 #IGNITEwithSteph

Alyssa and I don’t do this for attention. We do this for impact. Not the kind you can measure in numbers or aesthetics… but the kind you feel in a woman’s breath softening for the first time in years. In the moment her body remembers safety. In the instant she realizes she doesn’t have to perform to be worthy of connection. This is why we create such potent containers. Yes, there is play, laughter, ocean air, sun on your skin, and the kind of joy that feels effortless. But beneath all of that… there is intention. There is reverence. There is devotion to something deeper. Because we don’t create experiences just to escape life— we create them to bring you back into it. More honest. More regulated. More alive. We understand that real transformation isn’t surface level. It’s nervous system repair. It’s truth-telling in safe spaces. It’s being witnessed without needing to shrink or shape-shift. It’s remembering who you are underneath the noise. And that kind of work? It ripples. Because when a woman reconnects to herself, she moves differently. She loves differently. She shows up differently in every space she enters. That’s the legacy we care about👏👏 Not how it looks from the outside… but how many women leave feeling more embodied, more expressed, more in their power, and go on to create that same impact in their own lives, their own communities. This is the difference between popularity and purpose. We’re not here to be followed. We’re here to walk beside you as you rise and remind you that you were never meant to stay small. Our retreats are just a destination. They are initiations... they are a portals. Into deeper truth. Into feminine power. Into the version of you that no longer waits for permission. And if you feel that pull… you already know.
