Where do you go to find stillness and just go listen to your own thoughts?

Anxiety can sometimes get the best of me, especially now that I’m closer to the book launch than I have been in months 🚀

What I wanted to do for MSB Day was escape to Miami to hang out with my cousin @tejota19 and work from the beach. But then, I decided that it may need to put a few things in order before I could really enjoy it, soooo....

Instead of making a 10-hour drive, I took a 10-minute drive to spend a few hours at the nearest sauna-filled, relaxation-laced place I could find to calm my spirit and find my zen.

Where do you go when your mind needs a retreat but travel isn’t immediately an option?
