🐻❤️ BEAR, OUR BEAUTIFUL BOY, ONTO HIS NEXT CHAPTER! 🐾

Our gorgeous Bear has gone off to foster with the wonderful Laura, who is already mummy to one of our original China rescue girls, Penelope. ❤️

What a joy to see Penelope! She enjoyed some bed rubbing, made herself very much at home amongst the grumble & even exchanged kisses with our Norman!

I must admit, saying goodbye to Bear was emotional. After everything we went through during his long & difficult journey in China, finally getting him safely to the UK, cuddling him & falling completely in love with his beautiful soul, letting him go was never going to be easy.

A bittersweet au revoir! ❤️

But I know Laura & her enormous heart, especially for our China dogs needing that little bit of extra love & nurturing.

Something tells me Bear might already have found his forever home! 🐻❤️ Although I will consider adoption applications, I have a feeling he might be staying exactly where he is!

From a slaughter truck & kill shelter in China to being treated like a king by another wonderful pug mummy.

THIS is why we rescue. This is why we never gave up on you. ❤️

Laura, thank you for travelling so many miles, meeting Teddy, listening to me grumble & making everything possible despite your own commitments & knowing how exhausted I was.

People like you are rare & I’m afraid you’re stuck with us now!

You’re one of us, Laura. Part of our crazy little rescue family! ❤️

We miss you, beautiful boy, but knowing how loved you are makes it easier.

Appreciation Post ✉️❤️

I don’t know who this appreciation post should go to first — all of you for your incredible support, or to Harriett for staying strong, waiting what felt like an eternity in China 🇨🇳, and for simply being the most beautiful and adorable little girl. 🐾❤️ or to everyone who supported her through this long journey - all I know is we all did it TOGETHER

Harriett has been on an immense journey. The cruelty she endured broke my heart, if I’m honest. She faced an emergency C-section, the devastating loss of two puppies, severe anaemia, and a period where she simply wouldn’t eat. There were times when the odds felt stacked against her, but we poured absolutely everything into helping her fight.

And the proof is right here in the footage. ❤️

These dogs teach us so much. When you pour your heart and soul into them, they somehow find the strength to keep going. They repay every ounce of love with trust, courage, and resilience beyond words.

Beautiful girl, you have come so far, and we could not be prouder of you. 🥹❤️

Part of our leadership team was honoured to attend Zombie’s 500th visit yesterday 🐾. Congratulations to this amazing little pug and his even more amazing Mom. 500 is an amazing milestone. We also recognize Tracey on this, the 1464th visit with her 4 dogs over the years in our program. Thank you for your commitment and ambassadorship of what we do! Thanks to Sister Carol for allowing us to be part of her visit🥰 🎊
