I mentioned yesterday how great it was that so many people came out to Rockford on Saturday and packed the 317 Art Collaborative! It was cool being part of the Brain in the Cupboard festival, turns out we found out the fest and the Bellhead show were double booked about 10 days ago, so we collectively decided instead of arguing about the night we should combine forces and were glad we did. So many cool ambient, experimental, analog, harsh noise etc etc acts took the stage that evening. Met a bunch of cool people and made some new friends. Check out their links on BC....thank you Ihcilon, Fflesh, Skow Blink (who was playing 3 tape players and live swapping out cassettes with ambient drone over the top----absolutely beautiful sounding), Robert Trexler and Luct Melod. Ooooh also some remaining Bellhead pics that didnt fit on yesterday's post

In just a few weeks Davy and I will embark on our mini tour! Many thanks to those who have helped with promotion, booking, and flier wrangling. And a big thank you to all of the musicians joining us for each show. Looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones!

PS. Another huge thank you to those who have purchased the fflesh x Slow Blink split! The sales will be helping with gas money and food. Cheers!
