We’re excited to launch Nailah Ministry our girls mentoring program for girls ages 10–17! 💜👑

Nailah is a safe and empowering space where young girls will be mentored, encouraged, equipped, and challenged to grow in Christ, discover their purpose, and become the young women God has called them to be.

It’s been a little quiet over here, but we’re still here. And this Saturday feels like a good time to get back on the mat together.

Soma Yin + Flow is Saturday morning at 8:45.

This class is a mix of gentle flow and longer Yin holds woven together throughout the practice. Some moments we move. Some moments we stay. We breathe, stretch, open up and give the body what it needs that morning.

We are excited to present the 2026 Nailah Cohort during service on Sunday!

We are incredibly proud of our Nailah Ministry Co-Leaders, Min. Senthia and Sis. Nichole, along with our dedicated Nailah Mentors, for their hard work, commitment, and investment in the lives of our young ladies throughout this journey.

We also celebrate the parents for their support and encouragement, and we honor our students for reaching this significant milestone. Your growth, perseverance, and dedication are truly commendable.
