A special shoutout to @kristinworm and @elementni for making it awesome year after year! ❤️ So much behind-the-scenes coordinating and planning goes into making this event happen, so thank you both again for volunteering your time and making it all possible!

Missed out on a @ofs bag? Don’t worry… we’re working on getting a few more! 😉👜

Recognized for excellence in senior living design, the Arlington Tennessee Veterans Nursing Home received the Best Senior Living Project award at the 2026 Tennessee IIDA Design Awards.

Designed to provide skilled nursing and intermediate care for Tennessee’s veterans, the 126-bed community embraces a neighborhood-based model, featuring private resident rooms, inviting gathering spaces, and a dedicated community center that fosters connection and well-being.

Congratulations to the project team on this well-deserved recognition!

Our team had a great time last week at the @iidatn Gala, and we’re thrilled to have received the Healthcare – New Construction Under 150K SF Award for the Lauren Small Children’s Center Pediatric Surgical Suite Expansion in Bakersfield, CA!
A huge thank you to @tarkett_tn for sponsoring our submission and inviting us to celebrate at the Gala. Tarkett’s iQ Optima flooring is featured throughout the project, helping bring our Kern River-inspired design to life through its flowing patterns and playful details.
We’re also incredibly grateful to @devenneygroup Architects for bringing us onto this special project and trusting our team with the interior design, and to @iidatn for hosting such a wonderful evening celebrating our local design community.
We’re proud to see this project - and the collaboration behind it - recognized!

The @dryden_studio team took home Regional Excellence at this week’s @iidatn awards for their work on The Patterson House + The Catbird Seat. This top-tier award recognizes the best project in Nashville across every category 🖤 Thank you, team Dryden, for so beautifully reimagining both spaces for Chapter Two. We feel right at home. This is so well earned.
