If you want to be the best you have to create separation. Talent can only take you so far. So the work you put in everyday, every week, every month, and every year is you creating that separation. So then the real question becomes how hard are you really working?

If you’re not training for performance what are you training?!🤔

EVERYONE wants elite results until it’s time to embrace the work it takes to get there. Average training won’t get you there.❌

BUILD A BODY THAT PERFORMS!✅

Comment “TRAIN” if you’re ready to get started!

A dynamic workout is good for athletes because it prepares the body to move fast, react, produce force, and handle game-like movements.✅

It raises body temperature, activates the nervous system, improves mobility, and prepares the joints, muscles, and tendons for sprinting, jumping, cutting, and changing direction.📈

Dynamic work is not just a warm-up. It teaches the body to perform.✅

Static stretching may help you feel loose, but dynamic movement helps you feel ready.🔥

For athletes, the goal is not just flexibility. The goal is to be mobile, stable, explosive, coordinated, and ready to compete.🔥
