A long overdue dwayor on @/ivfjay @/noovasion @/umgawon

This group order was opened in January for the Alpha drive one debut albums. It was hosted by two GOMs with @/ivfjay being the main host as all the items are currently with her.
All payments were collected by March, including EMS and customs fees. However, despite these payments being collected months ago we are still waiting for our items and have no confirmed shipping deadline.
Both GOMs appear to have been dealing with personal issues, which we have tried to be understanding of. However, communication has been extremely limited, and we have repeatedly been left without updates regarding the status of our orders.
Deadlines have continuously been pushed back, promises have not been fulfilled, and we still have no clear idea when our items will actually be shipped or whether we will receive them before the end of the year.
Multiple joiners have offered to help, including offering to take over the group order so the items could finally be sorted and shipped. However, these offers have not resulted in a clear solution, and there has been no proper communication about how this situation will be resolved.
We understand that personal circumstances can make managing a group order difficult. However, if the GOMs are unable to continue managing the orders, handing them over to someone who is willing and able to help should at least be considered.
After almost a year, we believe joiners deserve transparency and consistent communication.

This post is intended to document what has happened so far, provide context through screenshots and messages, and make other potential group order participants aware of the situation.

In June, we received a sorting form asking us to confirm which claims we wanted. However, this was the only step that actually concerned our claims. We were not given a clear shipping timeline or any reliable information about when our items would be packed and sent out.
After that, communication mainly consisted of further explanations for w
