Our 2nd Holy & Healthy and officially NOT our last 👀 welcome to our official signature event that will come back to Arizona and possibly other cities!!!

Holy & Healthy is an event where we hear the WORD of God from a wise teacher, we put our true worship to practice by moving our bodies (prayer and Pilates) and finish with the community aspect shopping and socializing.

Holy Girl Walks, if you’re new to us, exists to help women deepen their relationship with Jesus, discover who God created them to be, and find freedom in their relationship with body image, food, movement, and identity.

It’s a morning where faith + fitness meet … because we believe taking care of your body and growing closer to Jesus were never meant to be separate. 🫶🏼

On October 3rd, we’re bringing women together for a Christ-centered morning designed to pour into your mind, body + spirit.

We’ll hear a word from Alisa Keeton of Revelation Wellness on viewing our bodies as worship, with time to journal + reflect. Then we’ll MOVE together with a mat Prayer + Pilates class led by Holy Girl Walks Co-Founder Coach Courtney. 🧘🏼‍♀️✝️

And because community is such a huge part of Holy Girl Walks, we’re ending the morning with an hour to hang out, sip coffee + matcha, shop incredible local vendors, meet new friends AND get your hands on exclusive Holy Girl Walks merch. 💜

This night was personal... The Lord used many in the midst but breakthrough broke out when he used four creatives (who came without a game plan ) by allowing their talents along with other vessels in the room to shift the atmosphere for prophecy to be spoken and healing to take place.

People were in need of comfort, joy, hope, and a reminder of who God is. Throughout the room, relationships were being formed and new connections were being made not only for the sake of the Kingdom, but for people’s personal lives as well.

…….Truly a night to remember, July 17th 2026 is history now 😮‍💨🔥

A week ago we celebrated our one year anniversary with our first wellness and worship festival, and yall absolutely showed up and showed out!! We are so grateful to everyone who showed up and made Lifted Fest what it was — our attendees, volunteers, vendors, DJ, every single one of you. This event would not have been possible without you.

Over this last year Lifted has grown so much, and it’s surreal to look back and see how far we’ve come. But the one thing we never want to lose sight of is who we do this for and why.

Our hope is that whenever you walk into a Lifted event, you feel the presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We built this so everyone could come honor and glorify His name through wellness, fitness, and community — and as we continue to grow, we pray we never lose sight of that.

Thank you, Father. And thank you to every person who has poured into this and helped make Lifted what it is. 🤍
