☀️ This morning’s @ikagg.doyou IKAGG CONNECT meeting at Llewellyn’s in Webster Groves was a solid way to start the day. Good people, good conversations, and a space that just felt easy to be in 🤝 No pressure, no posturing—just people showing up, talking, listening, and getting to know each other. That’s what I appreciate about IKAGG. It doesn’t feel like a race. It feels like people actually trying to build something together 💛 Thank you to Deanna Ley for continuing to lead and create that kind of environment—it really does make a difference. Got to reconnect with some familiar faces and meet a few new ones. Always nice when names turn into real conversations. What I’m building with Yogaphora comes from that same place: 🌿 be visible, without forcing it 🌿 connect in a real way 🌿 support a local wellness community that actually supports each other Because when things work for one of us, it helps all of us 🌊 📸 Sharing a few moments from this morning 👉 If we met today, let’s stay connected Follow here or on Facebook at: www.facebook.com/yogaphora See you around—at another IKAGG meeting, on the mat 🧘‍♂️, or on the table 💆‍♂️ 💆‍♂️ Yogaphora LLC — Therapeutic Massage & Yoga 📍 Brentwood, MO (inside @flextimefitness247 ) 📨 yogaphora@gmail.com 📱 (240) 645-7786 #IKAGG #IKAGGConnect #StLouis #StLouisNetworking #SupportLocal WellnessCommunity MassageTherapy

☀️ This morning’s IKAGG CONNECT meeting at Llewellyn’s in Webster Groves was the kind of start to the day that reminds me why community matters. There’s a different energy when people gather with curiosity instead of comparison 🤝 Not just exchanging cards or pitches, but actually listening, sharing, and supporting one another. That’s what keeps me coming back to IKAGG. What I appreciate most about this group is that collaboration over competition isn’t just a phrase — it’s something you can feel in the room 💛 While Deanna Ley wasn’t able to be with us today and was certainly missed, the meeting was beautifully and confidently led by two incredible women 👏 ✨ Allison Knaup - Legalshield Independent Associate ✨ Alison Hillman, photographer at BTP by Alison, branding & events. Their presence, clarity, and warmth kept the flow strong and the connections genuine. Grateful for leadership that steps up and carries the spirit of IKAGG forward so gracefully 🌟 Today brought great conversations, familiar faces, and new connections — each one adding another layer to what makes this community special ✨ My intention with Yogaphora mirrors this same spirit: 🌿 visibility without rivalry 🌿 growth through connection 🌿 a stronger local wellness ecosystem When one practitioner expands, the ripple reaches everyone 🌊 I’m sharing a few photos from this morning — thankful for the smiles, the conversations, and the sense of belonging that IKAGG continues to cultivate 📸 👉 If we met today, let’s stay connected! 🌟 Another inspiring morning at the @ikagg.doyou meeting at Llewellyn’s Pub! 🌟 This group meets every 3rd Friday at 11:15 a.m., and it always recharges my energy. Being around professionals who truly live “Collaboration over Competition” is something I look forward to every month. IKAGG, thanks to the amazing @deannaley, is a community where relationships, kindness, and giving come first. 💛 Loved meeting new faces today — and especially connecting with fellow LMT Shawn White from Jennifer Brand Spa (O’Fallon, MO). A cancer survivor, a man of faith, and a therapist with a powerful message: “Suffering ends when we give purpose to the pain.” 🙏 My intention aligns with that spirit: to build connection, share opportunities, and help our wellness community grow — together. 🌱 📸 Sharing a few pics from this morning! If we met today, let’s stay connected — and feel free to follow my work here or on IG @yogaphora. See you soon at another IKAGG meeting, on the yoga mat, or on my massage table. 💆‍♂️✨ — Andrea Spadafora, LMT, BCTMB, RYT200 Owner | Yogaphora LLC (inside @flextimefitness247 – Brentwood, MO) 📧 Yogaphora@gmail.com 📞 (240) 645-7786 #IKAGG #TogetherIsAmazing #CollaborationOverCompetition #Yogaphora #StLouisNetworking MassageTherapy WellnessCommunity SupportLocal

We had yet another spectacular Monthly Membership Luncheon! With 120 Members and Visitors the connections were absolutely outstanding to witness. This event, made possible by our sponsor, the UPS Store Warson Woods, and our most gracious hosts, the incredible team at Friendship Village, was nothing short of amazing! The UPS Store in Warson Woods, owned by Kim Ringenbach, is your one-stop shop for all things pertaining to your shipping needs, printing needs, signage, post boxes, and even Every Door Direct Mail (for as low as $42 printed and mailed). The leaders at Friendship Village, CFO and Executive Director Carmen Fronczak and the Director of Sales & Strategic Initiatives, Nathan Torno, shared with us their newest innovative approach to helping seniors stay in their home while still receiving outstanding service and care. It is easy to see why they are continuously leaders in the Senior Living space. Thank you to Hardy Washington, our New Member Sponsor as we introduced all our new Members that joined in February. And we loved honoring the 19 renewing Members for February sponsored by Ellis Dental – what a great day of celebration! We invite you to join us at our April Luncheon where we will combine our Committee Fair and 1st Annual Visitor Day. All our Chamber committees will be on display sharing how you can get involved in the impactful events and initiatives that we have for our members and the communities we serve. For our 1st Annual Visitor Day, all visitors will be able to attend for the same low price that members benefit from each month – only $25 to attend if you pre-register at www.TheChamberLuncheon.com before April 5th, 2024. You won’t want to miss this! Come see for yourself why we are The Chamber That Has It ALL! #monthlyluncheon #connecting #networking #thechamberthathasitall #kirkwooddespereschamber # smallbusiness #supportlocal #shoplocal #kirkwoodmo #kirkwoodchamber #kirkwood #kirkwoodcommunity #desperes #desperesmo #desperescommunity #warsonwoodsmo #glendalemo#oaklandmo #stlouis #stl #stlgram #saintlouisbusiness #chamberofcommerce #fyp
