A Different Roar owes me absolutely nothing.

HBCU’s are truly #ADifferentWorld. I’m blessed to say I attended UAPB. Family legacy, rich culture and endless connections. Happy successful homecoming to THEE University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. 🦁💛🖤

You will be as ready as you’ve prepared.

Welcome adversity. Hyrox is set up to challenge you mentally and physically. So, if you get a bad machine or a bad lane don’t let it throw your race. You’ve trained too hard to be mad at any one situation and it’s a long race . Fight. Finish. ✔️

Haven’t trained with my HYROX partner in a MONTH 😭 but we’re officially 90 days out, so yeahhhh…time to lock in.

Today’s workout — 3 rounds:
• 400m Run
• 20 Wall Balls
• 20 Sandbag Lunges
• 15 Burpee Broad Jumps
• 250m Row

We definitely have some work to do, but that’s the whole point. 90 days to get stronger, faster and more prepared than we are today.

One workout at a time. We coming.
