• Washington Mardi Gras Day 3 •

Due to the weather conditions, our morning plans shifted away from Arlington Cemetery, but we were treated to an incredible visit to the Library of Congress instead, and my law school heart absolutely loved getting a private tour of those breathtaking halls and rich history! 🏛️📚✨

Afterward, we enjoyed an exclusive lunch at the Sulgrave Club before heading back to prepare for the evening. We traded our daywear for formal attire for our official presentation at the Captain’s Dinner Dance! Stepping out onto that stage and hearing my name called representing the Louisiana Fur and Wildlife Festival was an absolute dream come true and a moment that felt so surreal. An honor I will carry in my heart forever! 👑✨

March 14th, 2026!

Independence was the place to be this weekend for cannolis, spaghetti, and ALL things Sicilian! I had the honor of attending Sicilian Heritage Queen Caidence’s festival day events, where we tossed meatballs, stuffed our faces with spaghetti, learned about the history of Sicilians in Louisiana, and got our hands full of Italian wedding cookie dough! The weather was stunning, and I had an amazing time with some of my favorite people!! ☺️🖤🥘✨🍝❤️🍕

I am still at a loss for words. Never in a million years did I imagine that the little girl who grew up loving all things cattle would one day have the opportunity to represent an industry so close to my heart.

I am so incredibly honored to wear this crown and banner and to carry on a legacy built over the past 76 years. It means more than I can put into words to now be a part of that story, and I only hope to represent this festival, this industry, and those who came before me in a way that would make them proud.

I spent the best weekend celebrating Maddie and her incredible reign as the Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival Queen. I kicked things off Friday afternoon by heading to Breaux Bridge, Louisiana for the festival social. It was such a fun evening filled with great music and lots of dancing with some of my very best friends. After the social, I wrapped up the night at an ice cream party, which was the perfect sweet ending to the day.

Saturday morning started bright and early with a tour of Crawfish Town USA, where we got to see the full crawfish boiling process. After the tour, we spent some time walking around and shopping in the nearby boutiques. From there, we headed out to a crawfish pond where I had the opportunity to go crawfishing on a boat, which was such a unique and exciting experience.

Later, I attended lunch before making my way to the Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival Queen’s Pageant. It was so special to watch Maddie say her final goodbyes and crown the new queen, Karaline. It was truly such a memorable weekend spent in Breaux Bridge with amazing friends and even better memories. 🦞🤎🦞

I started my day attending Mass at Our Lady of Prompt Succor. Afterward, I enjoyed a bus tour of St. Bernard Parish, which included a stop at the local museum. From there, we made our way to the Louisiana Crawfish Festival grounds, where we took part in Queen’s Day events honoring Atianna and her Teen Queen.

Throughout the day, we had so much fun participating in a crawfish race, enjoying a delicious lunch, and introducing ourselves to everyone in attendance. It was such a wonderful way to celebrate one of Louisiana’s most iconic delicacies and spend time with such an amazing group.💚🦞

Honored to represent Miss Natchitoches Farm Bureau at the Battle of Pleasant Hill Queen Day! 🇺🇸✨ Our Miss Natchitoches Farm Bureau had a great time—from visiting the Mansfield Battlefield Museum to enjoying the Queen’s Picnic celebrating Queen Michelle. The reenactment was a powerful reminder of history, and the evening ball was a beautiful way to celebrate tradition. A special thank you to Queen Michelle for the kind invitation! Grateful to be part of such a meaningful event and to represent agriculture, heritage, and community. 🌾👑

I started off my morning riding in the Sicilian Heritage Festival parade, and it was such a wonderful experience. Seeing so many smiling faces along the route and getting to interact with the crowd made it even more special. Moments like those always remind me how much joy festivals bring to our communities.

After the parade, we made our way down to the festival grounds where we had the opportunity to introduce ourselves. It was so nice being able to spend time together, visiting, laughing, and truly enjoying each other’s company. I always cherish these moments with such an incredible group.🍝🤎
