Some would say that it was quite a creative week(end) this week.

The mugs from last week are fired and finished. I plan on gifting them to my uncle and apo in Taiwan (the ceramic lady complimented my pieces).

Also, my sister and her professor husband came by to hang out (work), and I assembled her a cute keychain (she said it's fugly).
I also got them pastries from @aehrnst which would normally be impossible for me to do, because the bakery is only open from 8-12 am from Thursday to Saturday. But they were happy, so I was happy waking up as early on the weekend like during the week (5 am).

We (my partner) did some autumn cleaning today, which left me with some time to (re-)paint one of my paintings. It would have been easier to stretch new linen and make a canvas than paint over a massive painting with a regular sized brush but it's not the same to start something new when you could re-do something old.

I didn't really get to experience autumn fully because it's so cold and expensive outside, so I'm staying at home most days. We do go on daily walks through the graveyard and I really like it.

Other than that, the usual flowers for a couple of bucks to ease the tension and bring a little joy. Already preparing presents ikr. And enjoying autumn fruits and veggies.

Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité.

Yours truly,
Vivian ( a while ago, I was told that Buddhism’s core revolves around death, and how you don't really celebrate birthdays in Buddhism. Instead you go to the temple and bring an offering/donate money for your path to death. Maybe I'm not remembering it right, but I thought it was a very comforting thought to see the end as part of the journey.)

Seit ich Mama bin, krieg ich ungefragt viele Ratschläge. Manche sind lieb gemeint. Drei davon hör ich trotzdem nicht mehr.
