POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last week, in a million degree heat, 40 of us spent two days at an auto mechanic and filmed the proof of concept for Body Shop. The sweatiest cast and crew I’ve ever loved. Forever grateful. Add me to your emergency contact list y’all, I’ll show up for you in a heartbeat. 🎬⚙️✨

Julian McMahon was one of the first actors I had the privilege of working with during my early days at CBS. Gracious, funny, and effortlessly kind—he brought warmth to every interaction. Thinking of his loved ones during this difficult time. Rest in Power, Mr. McMahon. You left a mark, and you will be missed.

Meet Ford 🎸 played by @cody_mango

A new girl in town is the perfect distraction from the pressures of his first record deal. But life quickly spirals as she becomes all he can think of, and he is forced to choose between the only dream he’s ever had and the love he never thought he could.

This can happen quite a bit. In the beginning of a session you’re working to craft the first verse as best as you can, but that opening line is everything.

Sometimes after you’ve gone through the rest of the song, the voice can feel more warmed up and it’s easier to achieve what you need to in that opening. Not only is the voice warmer, but you and your vocalist are more comfortable in your dynamic together. It’s a win win.

It’s really common that I’ll go back to verse one at the end of a session and just get a few bonus takes. 🤍

Had a blast at the #FrasierWrapParty
Thanks to the bestie for the invite!
One of my favorite things is when I get to be in the company of amazing women and last night was so much deeper, better, more... So much laughter, sharing, and just pouring in... My cup is full.
