Fragrance is ritual. You already know how to bring your best life into reality. You know how to manifest, set intentions. You have candles and affirmation books to last a lifetime. Wellness apps to fit every aesthetic. What you need is ritual, a daily reminder to recommit.

Fragrance is that trigger.

Light it up.

The Scent of a Wedding: Whenever I’m invited to share intelligent musings on experiences—I always jump at the opportunity to meet real couples and exchange thoughts and insights with interesting leaders. When the conversation explores creating sensory touch points through sight, touch, sound, taste…and yes, scent at your affair, I’m even more enthralled.

So when my dear friend @alixstrauss - author and celebrated culture journalist for the @nytimes invited me to @amsale After Hours, an intimate night with @penhaligons, I was immediately in. Alongside my amazing co panelists @samantha.goldworm of @12.29scent and Patricia Montelongo of @puig_official . . . we spoke about the impact of fragrance on leaving a lasting impression at your guests, how one—or a pair— chooses a signature scent, why scent can be the most important way to surprise and delight, what to consider when scenting your space or choosing gifts for your loved ones…and my favorite, the science of how scent literally can lock in a memory.

What an enchanting evening amongst the most gorgeous gowns from @amsaleweddings on the eve of NY Bridal Fashion Week — and such a lovely night to reunite with you, Neal.

An evening dedicated to the art of scent with @amsale × @penhaligons.

We welcomed guests to the AMSALE SoHo flagship for #AMSALEAfterHours, an intimate exploration of fragrance and its enduring role in the wedding experience.

The evening began with a conversation led by culture journalist and @nytimes contributor @alixstrauss, exploring scent as an unseen detail and its power to create atmosphere, evoke memory, and make a wedding truly unforgettable.

Afterward, guests embarked on a curated fragrance journey with Penhaligon’s, discovering scents for their special day.

The Panel:
- Patricia Montelongo, Director of Education, Niche Fragrances at @puig_official
- Amy Shey-Jacobs, Wedding Planner & Event Producer @chandelierevent
- Samantha Goldworm, Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer @12.29scent

BUTTER 6 Drip Cam · Day 2 🧈🎨🔥@butterartfair Day 1 set the bar. Day 2 cleared it.

Everybody who walks into BUTTER understands the assignment. The art is the reason we’re here, but the way people show up is part of the same conversation — expression, identity, intention.

BUTTER is America’s fine art fair where artists keep 100% of their sales. When you build something with that much respect for creativity, you attract people who move the same way.

Tag someone who ATE. 🍽️

Linger longer by the river. Drinks in hand, a breeze off the Hudson, and nowhere else to be.

To all of those that chose to share some of their time, space, and love with me on this birthday. Thank you! My heart is full. Moving to NYC last year was one of the biggest life changes I’ve ever made. If you’d have told me a year ago I’d be here, with so many new beautifully spirited people… 💘
