Early mornings, lots of energy, lots of sweat, and a whole lot of doing what I love. 🤎 There’s honestly SO much more that goes on behind the scenes, but maybe I’ll save that for the next vlog. 😉

For now, here’s a little closer look at a morning in my world as a coach. 💪🏽

Spartan Vlog — Part 1 🏃🏽‍♀️🔥
Not gonna lie… I was NOT expecting that rope climb to be that hard 😂 I really thought I had it! Clearly I need to work on that technique because next time… I’m coming prepared. 💪🏽
Big shoutout to my Lodi Fam! 🤎Everyone had their groups and I was just jumping around from group to group 😂 But that’s what made it so fun! Grateful I got to experience my first Spartan with such an amazing crew.
Part 2 coming soon…

Thankful for my fit family for every push, encouragement, and support along the way. ❤️‍🔥 And of course, my @lavalava_wear shorts carried me through 😂🙌🏽
