I missed You ❤️ Zoom classes are back 😃 How are you? Do you also feel as if you’re riding an endless wave of challenging emotions? ⚡️There are days I just feel hopeless and overwhelmed, other days I am eager to get active, but recently I was mostly silent, educated myself, and rather listened a lot. ✨✨✨ We show up in our own unique ways and love in our unique ways. Not everybody fights in the streets, I would love for us all to be less judging and more tolerant. 🤗 Let’s not shame each other for being slow or being still. There are already so many was in which we might feel not good enough or not doing enough, and beat ourselves up. Let's come together now and accept each other in our beautiful uniqueness, doing what we can 💗💗💗 Yoga means union and I’m so grateful for you to be dedicated to the practice and this community. I've missed our zoom sessions and conversations, even though I enjoyed my little break. 🤸‍♀️🧘‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️But I love Yoga, because to me it's also the Art of finding and creating beauty, not in a shallow, naive way, but as a conscious effort to find the truth and be a beacon of light in this world. 🔥❤️🔥 Yes, we need the activists and the protestors, but we also need the still and kind people who hold space and inspire change in this way. Thank you for doing what you can, learning, growing, educating yourself, having uncomfortable conversations, lifting others up, simply doing the Best you can....I see you. 🦋🌴🦋 Make sure to take enough time also to integrate, rest and digest all that is happening now. I have uploaded new videos on my #youtube channel, and I will also resume my Online classes via Zoom, starting this Sunday. 👉link in profile I’ll start with 2 classes per week: Sunday Vinyasa 12 noon New York/6pm Berlin Thursday rotating between Yin & Vinyasa 2pm New York /8pm Berlin ✨🔥✨ Can’t wait to see you again, much love, Dagmar . . . 📸 @nicomortarini #dagmarsprembergyoga #montezumayoga #zoomyoga #yogaonline #yogavideos #yogaretreats #yogatravel #yogaduringlockdown #yogapractice #instayogini

It’s FAMILY FRIDAY! I’m not talking about people that are related by blood. I’m talking about the people I’ve met through my business that come from all walks of life...an opera singer, a lawyer, a special needs mom, a realtor, social media marketer, a songwriter...just to name a few. We are FAMILY! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 We are all on the same mission...to make the world a better place & to help others make their dreams come true. These people are from all over the globe & they are my tribe. We laugh, we cry, we cheer for each other & support each other. We are in this together. 👊🏻💥 We believe in freeedom & flexibility, in living life on our own terms. We believe there is more to life than paying bills & waiting for retirement to do the things we’ve always wanted to do. We believe we deserve more! I have learned so much from this community & grown so much because of them. No matter where you go & what you do, I hope you find your FAMILY.🙏🏻👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️

More than the clean products. More than the nutrition. More than the paychecks or the free Mercedes or the incentives or gifts. I have a community of like minded boss ladies around me. I made a small, one time investment and have been paid back 100 times over for that, and as a result have created friendships that will last a lifetime. That is what makes this worth it.
