I’ve had the honor of working with Rosy since 2022, when she first found us through Instagram. She originally came to us as a lifestyle client, but over the years, something changed

You see a lot of times when you wanna level up, you change the amount of discipline you have to actually put into certain things and that is Rosy. She knew it wasn’t her time yet and she waited years before she made the decision but once she made the decision, everything completely changed she shows up for herself. She makes sure that she’s taken care of first because she knows that if she doesn’t do her first, she can’t do anything else for anyone else.

It takes consistency, sacrifice, patience, faith, and a willingness to push yourself beyond what you thought you could do.

Rosy is a mom of two precious little boys, deeply rooted in her Panamanian culture and strong family values. She is one of those people who genuinely cares about the people around her, and her faith in God continues to guide her through this journey. 🙏🏽❤️

Our support has placed my nephew, Patrick Tenorio, in the Top 1% of this year's competition, and could take him all the way to the pages of Muscle & Fitness!

Voting in the Quarter-Finals is open, and he is closer than ever to taking home 20k and being on the cover of Muscle & Fitness magazine.

Please vote each day for him at this link.

S/o to my USO @yak_man92 & the Homie Isaac coming all the way from LA to get that work🔥 Was a great workout but most of all the fellowship & the conversations between sets about Jesus and family 🙏🏾 I praise God for these like minded gentlemen evangelizing & killing it in the gym! IRON SHARPENS IRON 🥋⚔️🛡
