Last month, we had the incredible opportunity to be nominated and AWARDED, at the @ileahq 2026 Esprit Awards ✨

We flew to Chicago for the ceremony at the Art Institute of Chicago, and the night was everything. Think statues coming to life, live paintings, and the most beautiful, decadent art-filled vibes.

Poolside, custom hats & a little Austin event-industry fun. ☀️🧢🥂

ATX Trucker Hat Bar was proud to sponsor the custom hat experience for the ILEA Austin Members Pool Party! Loved seeing everyone create a hat that was completely their own. 💕

Connecting with Austin’s live event community while doing what we love — creating interactive experiences guests remember long after the event is over.

When @lisafrank meets @hilaryduff is the menu assignment: we pull out the @realcaboodles - make bougie pepperoni pizza @hotpockets - serve @lunchables on cafeteria trays & invite you into the @usher confessions booth to confess your event secrets (in exchange for a handmade @poptartsus of course!)

Thanks @ileaaustin & @strongeventsatx for making our 1999 dreams come true!

CHICAGO, YOU WERE GOOD TO ME. 🌆🔥

What an experience at ILEA Live 2026! @ileachicago

A few days filled with connection, education, networking, new ideas, and conversations with some incredible people in the events and hospitality industry — plus getting a chance to step away, explore Chicago, and experience everything the city has to offer.

One of the biggest reasons I continue to attend events like ILEA Live is simple: you can never stop learning.

Our industry keeps changing. Technology is changing. AI is changing how we work. Client expectations are changing. Experiences are getting bigger and more creative.

And sometimes the best ideas don’t come from sitting behind a desk — they come from getting into a room with other people who are building, creating, struggling, succeeding, and pushing this industry forward.

🤝 New connections
💡 New ideas
🎓 Event education
🌎 Different perspectives
🔥 Plenty of inspiration to bring back home

And somewhere in between all of that… I got to actually enjoy Chicago! 😂🌆

Great people. Great conversations. Great food. Great city. Great experience.

I’m coming home energized, inspired, and with a few new ideas already brewing for what’s next. 👀

Thank you to ILEA and everyone who helped make ILEA Live 2026 such a memorable experience.

Chicago 2026 is officially in the books. ✅

Now… ILEA Live 2027 @ileaaustin ✈️🔥

Chicago, you were GOOD to us.

ILEA Live was so much more than a convention. It was a few days of learning, growing, getting inspired, building new skills, and somehow walking away with people who already feel like forever friends.

There’s something pretty special about being surrounded by people who understand this crazy event industry and genuinely want to see each other succeed. We came home with new ideas, new connections, a little more confidence, and a whole lot of motivation to keep growing.

Grateful for this community, this experience, and all the memories we made in Chicago.

Incredibly grateful to be a part of a global organization like @ileahq , this annual conference not only brings together creative professionals from all over the world , but also refreshes our education and I always leave the conference for the better!

Amazing job @ileachicago , we have a great act to follow next year in Austin!

Already miss my besties from @ileaseattle and @ileanashville . Yall gotta come to Austin next year 😭🤠

Look at that engaged board 💜

Fun fact - I did not know our pizza reservation was in the speakeasy of the restaurant, 3 flights of stairs and going in a freezer door later , it was worth it
