Question ? You mentioned the “eye chart” Jospeh Pilates developed an Eye Chart - I discovered it from my friend @purepilatesnyc @lawrencehaywardcontrology I use the Eye Chart in my lecture Matfit Lab Assess mobilize heal to describe “ Contrology “ Jospeh Pilates method of mind body connection with the use of your eyes. It is the most important part of your mobility besides breathing. It is the main theme of my lecture to scientifically explain what Jospeh Pilates meant by Contrology join me September 26-28th in Berlin Germany @sensopilates please contact Carolyn to attend space will be limited for a small intimate group ! See ya soon #matfitnews #matfitanniuncement #matfitmobilit #matfitworkshop #berlin #germany #signup #pilates
