From Red hair to Blonde hair this was a full day transformation and it was worth every minute!

This sort of color change can always be tricky but my number one rule is the let red fadeeee out as much as you can first. From there the journey begins!

February was one of the biggest challenges I’ve endured as an entrepreneur, there’s no rules no hand book or guide on what to do in this sort of situation.

It’s lots of long days, long nights and faith… faith that it all works out as it should. Faith that your team trust you to lead them through this tough time and faith in yourself that you can rise to the occasion especially knowing you’ll never be the same after something like this.

I’m proud to say with the help of my husband, landlord team, and speeding contractors we are back up and running after 3 very long weeks taking it a day at a time as we design our new normal and begin to lean in to these beautiful new renovations.
