PFR is honored to officially announce 𝑩𝒆𝒚𝒐𝒏𝒅, the debut solo album by Isaiah Mitchell ☼

@isaiahmitchellsounds got his start in the San Diego underground in the early 2000s with psych rock power trio @earthlessrips. After 25 years crafting heavy psych, this marks his first step into solo ambient electronic༄

“Beyond” weaves loopers, synthesizers, and guitar into expansive compositions inspired by the mere fact that we exist. It meditates on the origin of consciousness, the experiences of being human, and the wonderment of what lies beyond death.

Lead single “Memory Forgiveness” is out today, and the full album arrives November 20th. Limited to 200 copies on nectarine galaxy vinyl with full-color art sleeve.

Next show, Friday Oct 2nd at @escondidomusicandart with @phantomtwins and @wirestheband (LA).

It’s going to be a night of math/progressive rock and metal with @illuminati_telethon doing visuals. It’s rare we get to play a show where all the bands compliment each other so well. Needless to say we’re excited.

I typically don’t do much to celebrate my birthday, but if I do it revolves around music. This year I’ll be playing a show one night and doing a vinyl DJ set the next. Come hangout if you can 🖤
