It’s been a summer of oysters 🦪
For some reason, I decided to try out restaurants around for their oysters, especially the happy hour ones. $1 oysters are therapeutic.
And here are some of my favourites!

A very special trifecta this past Saturday - the boy @jackaswitzer came to town so we had to hit some highlights in a pretty rapid fire fashion.

Slide 1: Breakfast tacos at State Park (@stateparkbar); I had the Wolfman of Del Rio [beans, brisket, egg, cheese] and the Guadalupe [chorizo, egg, cheese, hashbrown].

Slide 2: Our beverage selection at State Park - the Wooden Leg [Shiner Bock + Mezcal/Montenegro]

Slide 3: An afternoon snack at Ilona (@ilonasouthend). The Buck-a-Shuck stays undefeated, and the orange wine was delicious. Shoutout @wutangzach for joining us here.

Slide 4: Wrapped up our culinary adventure with lobster rolls and shoestring fries at Saltie Girl (@saltiegirl) on Newbury St. One of the best rolls I’ve had here in Boston.

📍Ilona

Had an amazing dinner at Ilona in the South End. I love Mediterranean cuisines and the food here was exactly what I was looking for. The plates here are perfect for sharing, and to be honest you are going to want to try a little bit of everything, and the ambiance in incredibly welcoming.

What we got:
- Fattoush Salad
- Crispy Eggplant
- Calamari
- Chicken kebab
- Beef Kebab
