Another Sunday spent at Solei Beauty Bar & Spa - how lucky am I?! 🫧

Their glow & go facial was EXACTLY what I needed on this rainy, cold day!! My favorite part (besides the whole thing) was the arm and neck massage during the red light therapy 😮‍💨

Don’t forget you can use the code “GABBY” to save 20% on any service 💆🏻‍♀️

TREAT YOURSELF!

Y’all really got me hooked 😂🤎

After my first lymphatic drainage experience at Soléi, I knew I had to come back for round two. This time I also tried my first facial, and let me just say… the pumpkin enzyme + scalp massage? YES. 🎀

Lymphatic drainage has officially become one of my favorite girl maintenance rituals. I still prioritize movement, walking, strength training, and taking care of myself day-to-day, but I love having little rituals like this that make me feel ✨maintained✨.

And yes… I woke up feeling petite again. 😂
My back was unbigged.

SOLEI WELLNESS RUN

WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HOST SOLEI WAS. WE CAME IN THERE WITH OUR HEARTS OPEN TO WHATEVER SOLEI WAS WILLING TO GIVE.

LIVITY WILL TELL YOU… THEY FILLED OUR HEARTS WITH LAUGHTER & JOY WHILE ALSO LEAVING US FEELING EDUCATED ABOUT THE LYMPHATIC SYSTEM. WHAT WE LEARN TODAY IS THAT RUNNERS OR ATHLETES MUST TREAT THEIR LYMPHATIC SYSTEM WITH LOVE AND CARE. AN UNATTENDED LYMPHATIC SYSTEM RESULTS IN INFLAMACION, STRESS, AND POOR RECOVERY. AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO BETTER YOURSELF. YOU SHOULD TAKE THAT FIRST STEP BY BOOKING A LYMPHATIC SYSTEM SERVICE WITH @ilovesolei .

IN THE END, LIVITY IS ABOUT COMMUNITY.. WE WANT THE BEST FOR OURSELVES AND FOR EVERYONE WE ARE BLESSED TO ENJOY THIS RUNNING THING WITH. LIVITY IS CHANGING OUR LIVES. THANK YOU FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED.
