EVERYBODY SAY IT WITH ME "STRONGWOMAN IS NOT A PRETTY SPORT" 😂😂😂
And as predicted, the professional photos have come THROUGH, showcasing the 10,000 faces of Beth😂

30kg log- 6 reps (PB), got a rhythm after attempting the trump 40kg axel, which ive never lifted, dont even know why my brain thought this was a sound idea..after a hella wonk first one and ended up seriously surprising myself💫

Deadlift ladder- 70kg axel, 80kg, 90kg and 100kg 18"- 70kg felt crazy heavy, 80kg moved better, 90kg first try made me almost tap out as my back was playing up before comp even started, but after the crowd went up a gear, so did I, pulling a stanky deadlift while beaming at @beccaworgan to signal down, then 100kg just flew up✨

40kg per hand Farmers and 40kg sandbag for 10m- this is cardio disguised 🫠😂fumbled the sandbag, but otherwise happy with it💪🏻

100kg per hand Hercules Hold- my tiny hands struggle with this one, but somehow managed a PB for you can tell i zoned out by my face 😂

And finally 30kg and 2x50kg Atlas Stones- who was the tit who put tacky up her arms unnecessarily, when she only needed it on her tiny hands, so couldnt readjust properly?! 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️but still happy with how fast these flew up👏🏻

9th out 11 in Beginners and winner of Lifter of the Day- pretty fucking smug with that for my first ever athletic competition 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Thank you @iloxphotography for capturing every lifting gurn so perfectly and every smile that went with it✨

Devon’s Most Powerful Woman, yesterday. Erica on the Hercules Hold.

Watching it up close gives you a proper appreciation of how much sits behind twenty seconds of effort. Months of training for a handful of minutes on the platform.
Outstanding, Erica. 💪👊

Some photographs only reveal their depth once they’re on a wall.

This piece is printed on canvas and box framed, and it’s a good reminder that presentation is part of the art. The texture and tonal depth you get in print is something a screen simply can’t show.

If you’d like one of my long exposure or fine art landscapes printed and framed for your own space, send me a message. I’d love to help bring it into your home.
