2025 was the most uncomfortable and transformative years of my life.

In one year, I scaled my agency from 0 to $25k+ a month, quit a 4-year weed addiction, dropped out of college, went all in on building my online business.

On paper, a lot of that sounds like “wins”,
but internally it was messy.

The highs felt HIGH like I was on top of the world.

But the lows felt heavy, way heavier than they needed to be.

I eventually realized that it was because I had attached my identity to the outcomes.

To my business revenue.
To relationships.
To whether people liked me.

So when things were going well, I felt amazing.
When they weren’t, it felt like everything was falling apart.

That’s when I realized that these things aren’t “me”.
They’re extensions of me.

Caring deeply isn’t the problem. Being emotionally attached to outcomes is.

When your identity is tied to external results or approval, you end up going on an emotional roller coaster that is unsustainable.

So thats why next year is about showing up, working hard, and not letting the results control how I feel.
