Every year this award gets harder and harder to decide… We have so many good kids that are deserving of so much (swipe to see the nominees)… This is truly a special group and there’s so much time behind the scenes that we invested with each other to not only get stronger, faster, more explosive but more importantly to develop leaders, create a weight room culture to be proud of, and attack each day with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind. Not enough can be said of these amazing individuals… There can be only be one winner for each category and those awards go to: Female: Raniya H Male: Alex H Group: 5th Block Athlete testimonials are in the comments.
