Some of my favorite transformations of 2025.

Every year the goal is the same: get better as a coach. Misses happen, the difference is making sure there are less of them every year. Safe to say we are headed in the right direction.

Shout out to the guys yesterday. First place or last place the work that was put in the last couple of months paid off dividends for them.

Nick dropped 60lbs to get ready for this show and got in the best conditioning of his life all while having a new born. Rudy complain once about anything just made it happen.

1st masters 35 B
Masters overall
4th in open D

Jordan was actually suppose to compete next year but he wanted to hop in the mix so we made it happen and I’m not mad at the outcome. He is a taller guy so just needs to fill out his frame, but we know the shape is there for him to be really good in this sport just needs time and pressure.

Proud of the boys.
Shout out @brotherhoodsportco for keeping me and my athletes fresh on show day

Shoutout to my Dean @natesworld___ and ADP @rcm__25 for everything they have done for us. I added a new family to my life. The work doesn’t stop now.
