POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

POV: You came for the breathwork and left with a glow no filter could recreate.

A little breathwork. A little meditation. Meaningful conversations. Beautiful portraits.

These are some of the gorgeous humans who joined us at our last event, and I’m still thinking about the magic of bringing women together in this way.

Next up: The Unravelling.

An afternoon to step out of your usual roles, reconnect with yourself and spend time with women who are curious about what’s beneath the surface.

Come join us. Tickets via the link below and in my bio. Every participant gets a professional portrait.

Some experiences change how you carry yourself. This breathwork workshop was one of them. 🤍

Slowing down, breathing deeply, and letting go of what I didn’t realise I was holding onto left me feeling lighter, clearer, and more myself. Transformative isn’t a strong enough word.

Thank you to Bridgitte for guiding us so beautifully, and to Sarah for capturing these moments so honestly.

She is Me, was an afternoon of breathwork, connection, photography and honest conversations.

I was so moved by the vulnerability, the stories shared, and the way everyone connected so quickly, even though many had never met before.

Thank you to every woman who came with an open heart and helped create the atmosphere we shared.

And a heartfelt thank you to my beautiful co-host Bridgitte @dump_breathwork for holding such a powerful space, @alekaalexandraa for the delicious treats and to @im.studioscreative for having us.

If these photos speak to you, our next event is on the 19th of September. More info at the link in my bio 🤍

Almost everyone who steps in front of my camera for a portrait session tells me the same thing.

“I’m awkward.”
“I’m not photogenic.”
“I hate having my photo taken.”

By the end, they’re telling me how much fun they had and their standing a little taller.

It’s not because I changed who they are.

It’s because for the first time in a long time, they saw themselves for who they really are.

That’s why I love this work.

If you’ve been waiting until you’re more confident or “ready”…

The person you’re waiting to become is already here.

The Unfiltered Self was an afternoon of guided breathwork, meaningful conversations, photography and connection.

What unfolded exceeded every expectation I had. It was raw, vulnerable, emotional and incredibly beautiful.

To every woman who joined us, thank you. Your openness and willingness to show up authentically made this experience what it was.

A heartfelt thank you to my wonderful co-host Bridgitte @dump_breathwork for your beautiful facilitation and to @im.studioscreative for hosting us in such a gorgeous space.

If these photos speak to you, we’d love to welcome you to our next gathering. Limited tickets to our next event, She is Me, are available now, and you’ll find the link in my bio. 🤍
