Trauma drama

Bitch hunt

Search for the inner bitch and you’ll find it.

Just another form of conditioned self hatred.

When will you dare to love yourself unconditionally?

(The Trauma Industrial Complex- the “TIC” - HATES this)

But when you have the
GUTS and GALL to love yourself

Without condition

You just disqualified a lot of people
(well meaning, just misguided)

From targeting you.

FACT

Doesn’t matter what
happened “back then”

Because it’s not here and now,
is it, buttercup?

“But… the issue is in the tissue!”

“A-a-and… the BoDy keEpS sCoRe.”

Nope.

Great marketing for the TIC.

The body listens, yes.

To either your whining about what’s over and done or your winning attention to what’s real now.

So DROP the victim act.

Because when you do, the pain and shame and blame that you were taught you needed - and the soft spoken, secretly wimpy trauma informed crowd simply stops and drops away.

You don’t need an inner enemy.

(The outer world will give you plenty)

Be on your own side for once.

And own all of you.

Take this bullet of a message right between the eyes of your victim-ego…

You don’t have any flaws

Simply features

And as long as you follow
the simple maxims of

Do no harm

and

Take no shit

You can take the victim pacifier out of your mouth forever and just crack on with the sweetly savage art you’re here to make, in every part of your life you deem as worthy you deem yourself.
