Hyrox Abu Dhabi Mixed Doubles Champions in 55:15 🥇

1st in our age group and 1st overall! 🏆

In such a stacked field, on home turf, and it all came down to the wall balls. Still in complete shock and so overwhelmed.

The early mornings, the hard sessions and the work we’ve put in behind the scenes all finally paid off. We fully emptied the tank last night, and I couldn’t be prouder of us🥹❤️

Thank you for every cheer, every message and every bit of support. It meant more than you know! Huge well done to everyone who raced yesterday, what an incredible day of racing! 👏🏼🇦🇪

WORLD CHAMPS, HERE WE COME 🌏🇭🇰🏆

Feeling so lucky to call Dubai home 🌴☀️💗

Being able to put on my skates, enjoy the sunshine, and roll around places like this never gets old. 🛼✨

These little moments remind me how much I love my life here. 💕 #rollerdubai #skatingdubai #rollerhostessdubai #rollerskatingdubai #palmjumeirahdubai

120KM RUNNING WEEK | ROAD TO 2:39 — WEEK 02

Week one was the excitement. Week two was the reality check.

The excitement of starting a new training block is always there, but this week was a reminder of just how much work is required to reach the next level.

Humidity hitting 88% across several sessions, heavy legs, and the challenge of pushing towards a new marathon pace.

This week wasn’t about feeling good. It was about showing up, staying consistent and learning to adapt when things didn’t go to plan.

THE WEEK IN RUNNING 🏃‍♂️

Monday — 20km easy
Tuesday — 3km WU | 10 × 1km | 3km CD
Wednesday — 20km easy
Thursday — 3km WU | 2 × 5km | 3km CD
Friday — 2km WU | 10 × 400m | 2km CD
Saturday — 18km easy
Sunday — 26km long run

Sunday was a reminder that not every session will go to plan. The heat took its toll, the legs felt heavy and adjustments had to be made. But the distance got done.

The biggest lesson this week? You can’t rely on motivation to get you where you want to go. It takes discipline, patience and a willingness to put in the work, especially when conditions are far from ideal.

The goal is 2:39. The work required is 110%.

Two weeks down. Plenty more to build.

For those training towards a big goal, what’s been your biggest challenge this week? The pace, the distance or simply showing up? 👇

The unofficial anthem of every triathlon swim start 🥊 🥷 It’s not a swim. It’s survival.

If you know, you know 😂 🤕 💪

On a serious note, the Dubai Police Triathlon @teamdubaipolice was one of my favourite races to date. So well organised and managed, amazing course, event village and professional podiums. Excellent job! T-shirts, medals, swim caps all 10/10 too!! 👏🏽
