It was all a dream. ✨ 4 months of yoga teacher training that somehow felt both long and gone in a moment. So much gratitude for the lessons, the growth, and everything this experience opened up in me. So much love for the sweetest, most open-hearted people. For the vulnerability, the honesty, and the willingness to grow together. Endless gratitude and congratulations to my fellow teacher trainees who made this experience so special. To our teachers and incredible studio owners Jen and Madonna - for creating such a powerful space to learn and expand. To the Atrium community, to the teachers who came before us, and to the entire Houston community that supported us along the way. It feels bittersweet to close this chapter. I will cherish this time forever. Brb crying 😭🫶🏼🤍
