When your son gets stopped by @joebonham at OU/TX game for some football trivia and absolutely CRUSHES it! 😂🔥

Tristan rattled off the answers for 45 seconds with about 95% accuracy. Proud Dad moment!

What if your next home could house the whole family…without everyone living under one roof? Dream it. Own it. Make it real with Iman’s listing🌳

This 10-acre McLoud property just got a price improvement and the possibilities here are seriously hard to replicate.

You’d have:
🏡A spacious primary residence
🏠A fully equipped private ADU with its own kitchen, living room, bedroom + laundry
✨A separate 960 SF guest home with a full kitchen, primary suite + laundry
🌳10 acres of room to spread out, gather, and actually enjoy your space

Whether you’re planning for multigenerational living, extended family, long-term guests, an independent space for loved ones…or simply want more flexibility than a traditional home can offer, this one gives you options.

So tell us: If you had three separate living spaces on 10 acres, what would you use the extra spaces for?
A. In-laws
B. Guests
C. Home office/creative space
D. Rental income
E. Something we haven’t thought of

Do you have a gym home?
Why JOIN Impact Strength & Performance?

Because ISP is not a membership. It is a standard.
Impact Strength & Performance is a veteran-owned gym in Oklahoma City built on purpose, growth, and community. The line on the wall is the whole point: there has to be a sacrifice.
Why people join:
• Veteran owned and operated. The culture is discipline, integrity, and service. Not a sales floor. Not a crowd you disappear into.
• More than a gym. Members call it a home. Google sits at 5.0 from 43 reviews. An IFBB pro, NFL athlete, NBA Family who trains in gyms across the country said none of them felt like this one.
• You get met where you are, then not left there. Beginners, parents before sunrise, first responders, disabled veterans reclaiming strength, and athletes chasing a scholarship train under the same roof.
• Elite equipment, clean facility, coaches who actually coach. Turf, free weights, performance space, and independent training included. Personal training and group work sit on top of that when you want accountability.
• All levels, one standard. Youth speed and agility, flag football strength, position work, and the adult who just needs to get strong again.
You do not join ISP to rent a treadmill. You join because you are done going through the motions.

I asked the Access team where they’d choose to vacation…and apparently, we have a lot of places to “work remotely”😂

Because while we love a good getaway, there’s a pretty good chance these are also the places we’re answering emails, negotiating contracts and checking MLS alerts from a beach chair.

The good news is we have trusted referral agents in many of our followers’ favorite destinations, too. So if your idea of a vacation is slowly turning into, “Wait… should we just buy a place here?” we know people😉

Now we want to know: Where’s your favorite place to travel? And if you could have a second home anywhere, would it be there?

Tell us yours in the comments✈️🏡🏔️🏝️

Our phones are dangerously close to full storage😅 But when your home is on the market, we’d rather have too many photos than miss the one that makes the right buyer stop scrolling.

Thinking about buying or selling? Let’s put that attention to detail to work for you. Reach out to the Hefner Team! We’re ready when you are🤝🏼

This McLoud property is anything but your typical home.

The main residence offers 4 bedrooms, a spacious primary suite, a beautifully designed kitchen, and thoughtful spaces for everyday living. But what really sets this property apart are the two additional residences:

→ A private attached ADU with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath + laundry
→ A separate 960-square-foot guest home with its own kitchen, living space, primary suite, bath + laundry

Whether you’re planning for multigenerational living, extended family, long-term guests, or simply want the flexibility of multiple independent spaces, this property gives you options that are incredibly hard to find.
And all of it sits on 10 acres in McLoud, OK.

Think this could be the setup your family has been looking for? Send us a message to get the details or schedule your private tour.

Fall in OKC + Tulsa is about to be VERY full🍂

Pumpkin patches, football, concerts, festivals, Halloween, family days, date nights… basically, your calendar is about to need its own calendar😂

So we rounded up some of the best fall events happening around OKC + Tulsa this September–November and put them all in one place.

📌 SAVE this post so you can come back when you’re looking for something to do.

And SEND it to your people: your mom, your best friend, your spouse, the friend who’s always asking “what are we doing this weekend?”

Consider this your little nudge to make the plans, buy the tickets, grab the kids (or leave them with a sitter😏), and actually enjoy the season.

Which one are you putting on the calendar first?
