Before anything, I want to take a moment to thank God, because without Him, none of this would’ve been possible.

First USPA meet officially in the books, and Margate Madness 3 couldn’t have been a better choice.

We walked away with squat and bench PRs and added 108 kg / 238 lbs to my total from my last meet.

Big shoutout to everyone who’s been part of this journey: my coach @taylored_lifts @margatebarbell family, the Margate night crew, @shyshy_60 @bakemono_613 @sheliftsiguess @olivertelusma @johnydviking @gioliftts @imanimartinez954 friends, family, and everyone showing love behind the scenes. None of this happens alone.

Special thank you to the loaders and spotters, they did an amazing job and made the platform and warmup room feel safe and smooth all day.

Now it’s back to the lab. The work doesn’t stop. I’m hungrier than ever and locked in on getting better every single day.#viral #kindafitkindafat #powerlifting#stayonemoreday

Squats are pulling through! This time a year ago I attempted this same weight for the same reps and had major partial tear in my left quad, adductor, and Hamstring. And being able to do this for 3 sets in total is a blessing!

PS: shoutout to my coach @taylored_lifts for getting me to this point!

SQUAT - 505lbs 3x5 (REP PR)

Coach is upping the weights now! Bent over rows at 235lbs didn’t feel like a challenge BUT we went slow on the descend on the last set. Incline DB bench with 100lbs for 3x12 is feeling light, and weighted dips is no joke!

Bench Press - 370lbs 3x3

LETS KEEP GETTING STRONGER!
