Very hard to put into words what Jessie Lee has brought to my life. Since I was a child there was always something different inside me… something destined for greatness. The path for me, would definitely be the road less traveled. For years and years and years, that feeling stayed trapped deep in my soul, more worried about perfection, and what people thought, than maybe anything. Deep insecurities that kept me trapped in the safety bubble.
When I look back on my life, it was people like Jessie Lee that saw the real me, & not only encouraged me to unleash it… but literally held my hand and showed me the way. She gave me the permission I needed, and was the friend that I never had. She pulled me from darkness into the light, showed me what real authenticity actually looks like… and helped turn me into a sharp blade! And most importantly, she showed me how to move forward with fear, and fully leverage gratefulness as we pursue the greatest version of ourselves! She truly was a gift…and will continue to be as her message lives on through all of us!
Impact now is my dominating thought! It’s amazing when you have incredible loving friendships with trailblazers like Jessie Lee, how dramatically different the outcomes in your life can be! She’s helped me slay countless dragons & gave me the courage to allow my WHY to be more powerful than my insecurities.
Jessie Lee, I owe you everything.
A few days before she passed away, I promised her I would carry her mission, her message, her heart, her soul, her energy and her community forward, & would commit my life to impacting the world because of her. Jessie Lee I can feel you in all my decisions, especially my scary ones. Thank you for the gift of you! I will carry your love and spirit with me in everything I do for the rest of my life!

It’s been a hell of a 6 years (almost) with you two.

Started off rough with @marinaworre I heard her speaking in Russian and assumed she was Russian 😯 so I said “oh, Russian!” And she said “…no…Ukrainian.” LOL OFF ON A BAD FOOT.

Years later I’m so thankful for her stretching MY vision - always asking me when I’m getting MY jet, and always offering me opportunities to teach on some of the biggest stages in the entire world.

This event is no different ❤️

I’ll be keynote speaking at the Most Powerful Women in Network Marketing and I cannot wait🥺

This is one of my favorite events of the entire year and when Marina said “it is not an event without having you” 😭😭😭😭😭 I simply could not say no!

Fragile like a bomb.

Someone asked me yesterday on my Q&A (on Facebook because no live feature on IG still so head over to Jessie Lee Ward and follow along) how I stay motivated in my business.

I said sweet girl, my businesses don’t run off motivation.

Let me give you some motivation tips this morning, though - and if you like this save it and share it!:

1. Stop starting over. Give yourself the ability to momentum. Even if you’re not sprinting yet. At least move forward every day. Make it a non-negotiable.

2. Have ally’s. I didn’t say friends. Ally’s. People who aren’t afraid to stretch you and call you on your crap when you’re not doing what you said you would. A good ally wont’t lie to you and tell you it’s ok to took the break.

3. Get a routine. I write these 7 days a week for you from the same stair master at the same time. Google calendar is pretty much my best friend. It also allows me to say yes or no very fast.

4. Choose success. You know what it will take to summit the mountain of success. Visualize it. Reach for it. Then choose it.

5. Reward yourself. When you hit goals don’t just nod to yourself. Celebrate for a few minutes (lol) and then go sprint again.

Want to be a happy entrepreneur?

1. Remember you absolutely cannot make everyone happy so do a lot more of what makes you happy.

2. Think about how far YOU have come. I’m not where I want to be, but I’ve come a very long way from a basement in Maryland.

3. You make your own schedule so make time for wellness. I know all too well it’s easier to skip the workout or just grab someone you know is terrible for you and binge eat after a long day. Trust me when I say this will negatively impact your happiness. I’m not saying strive for perfection, either. I’m saying it’s easy for one pizza night to spiral into something you never anticipated and add a whole new journey of getting your health back to your plate (clearly I’ve been there hahaha)

4. Set goals with rewards that excite you. It’s often travel for me, sometimes something designer. Sometimes a super car 😂😂 it’s exciting to fly your friends private. It’s happy happy happy to be able to buy gifts for others. So go win.

5. Think about why you started. You were motivated and happy and excited in that moment. Even as your entrepreneurial journey evolves, different levels have different devils so go back to that day one feeling of hope.

6. Holy crap have fun.

A few reasons why I preferred starting my entrepreneurial journey in network marketing before expanding into other ventures that might help you decide if you should try:

1. Low overhead and startup costs along with virtually zero operating costs. Where else can you start a business for a few hundred or a few thousand dollars with no ceiling? Nowhere.

2. Speaking of. No ceiling. It’s hard work no doubt. It’s not for everyone, no doubt. However, the limit doesn’t exist. You’re paid exactly for the results you produce. You don’t get transferred departments if you’re too good. You aren’t given a 1-3% annual raise. You’re paid limitlessly for production.

3. Location freedom. I type this from a phone in a gym while I do cardio. I just sold 3 meal plans this morning and not even sure how many ketones. I’ve done 2 lives, uploaded my podcast and will do my tiktoks, reels and training calls remotely. If I have WiFi I can build.

4. Residual income/ mailbox money. This isn’t on day one or maybe even year one, but when you know you know. When my family needs me I’m there no questions asked. I’m paid when I’m not there at this point. I’m paid for leading thousands of others to financial benefit. You can only win in business by helping enough people get what they want - like Zig would say ❤️

Selling tips from #bosslee ❤️

1. Follow up should be done quickly! I had a dm yesterday from a woman who said “woah, if all people were so quick and on their game everyone would be a millionaire.”

Consider utilizing keyboard shortcuts, apps like “boards”, or anything else automation to speed this up.

2. Quit offering all your information for free before a decision is made with money. Some of you, people keep coming back because you coach them through everything well before a transaction is made. Why do you need to tell them how to use a product or a service or run a business they’re literally not using…? Save your time for people who are invested.

3. State pricing and sell with posture and confidence. If you stand behind what you have then IT IS WHAT IT IS. Do not be timid in your sales. Do not start discounting. Friends and family if anything should pay more because they know what you’ve gone through to get where you are. The price is XYZ. Hold firm. Know your worth.

4. Sell solutions, not products/services. Tell people up front what you can solve. If you have poor focus or energy or sleep I can fix that. Be clear and intentional with the problem you solve and you will for sure solve more.

I started knowing nothing!
I talked about that a lot today!
.
I started just to earn free ketones. I thought I would do this little side hustle for one year and then be done. I didn’t go to trainings. I wasn’t plugged in. I didn’t even know what rework marketing was and that I was full blown in it.
.
Then Jessie Lee asked me to speak on a zoom. Shocked that the person who was positing everything in our groups and seemed to be the head person in charge was messaging me, I messaged my leaders and asked what a zoom was. That was my first zoom.
.
I started slowly but surely getting on more zooms. Eventually I turned my camera on and took notes. When I was engaged and saw this as something more then a hobby, I knew what I wanted. I got to know Jessie Lee more and her heart. I saw her success but I also saw her care about me. She helped me grow and she believed in me. So I wanted to serve. I wanted to be a bigger part of the Empire. I wanted to help Jessie Lee on her mission to help people around the world build legacies for their families.

I went all in on everything. I was on every zoom, listened to her podcast and lives, implemented, did scary things, read the books she was reading, and more. With determination, grit and discipline I knew I could get where I wanted to be.
.
Today was my 6th time on an Empire Event stage! I also get the honor of being an Empire training for weekly calls for the US, Latino and Europe. I am super grateful to be a part of the Empire core leadership and to help plan our Empire activities like The Empire Games. It’s a huge honor and privilege that I know I’ve earned. It’s a gift as well! One that I have because of Jessie Lee! Not every team has what we have. They don’t do all we do. But we have it because our leader leads with massive heart and I am determined to follow her footsteps ❤️
