Most people spend the 48 hours after surgery horizontal on the sofa, binge-watching a series and being waited on…

Me? Straight to Hemel for our monthly ski club member session. 😂⛷️ @skiclubgb

I DID NOT SKI. Promise. Thanks to Dougie for stepping up. 😇

Rehab is still very much the priority:
❄️ A huge amount of icing + compression with @squidgouk
⚡️ Electrical muscle stimulation with @lifetechbynurokor to remind my quads that I’m going to need them this winter
🦵 And, as always, my Imbrace @imbrace_official compression leggings.

Because what’s better than compression?

DOUBLE COMPRESSION + ICE. 😂

Apparently I’m not very good at “taking it easy”… but I am taking the rehab seriously. 💪🏼⛷️

5am runs? Not for us. 🥱

Padel at lunch? Now you're talking. 🎾

The point is - move however you want. Your way. Your pace. Your vibe.

Just make sure your socks are up for it. Ours are bamboo, moisture-wicking, and ridiculously soft. So whether you're smashing it on court or just walking to the pub, your feet are sorted. 🧦

Happy National Fitness Day! 🐼

Great to catch up with Geoff @imbrace_official and @jordanmcgibney today on Dartmoor. Great fun and
awesome scenery to go for a jog and chat about our love of running.
Talked about running as we get older and the things that can help keep us going, such as the right kit, nutrition, recovery techniques and good training choices etc.
I’m always grateful for my @imbrace_official leggings for providing support to my joints. They’re particularly awesome for runners who want to get out and run in beautiful locations with confidence. ❤️

Lovely run on the common, very humid!

Massive good luck to everyone competing at the UK Athletics Championships over the weekend. Such fond memories of competing myself and being part of the team. ❤️

I’m still loving running all these years later! Struggling with a few niggles but keeping going with help from the good stuff. @imbrace_official @vimazirun @moi_therapy @running.at.40plus

Usually when I run through Hosier Lane I’m trying to get somewhere. This time I was trying to look photogenic.

Not sure which was harder 🤣

Very grateful for the opportunity and some incredible photos around one of Melbourne’s most iconic spots perhaps.

Chief Clinical Officer, Claire Small, just finished a week’s skiing in Hakuba, Japan. ⛷️🏔️

She's glad to report that her "knees, hips and back all held up really well thanks to my @imbrace_compression leggings. Long may it last!"

She now heads north to Niseko for another week on the slopes, whilst catching the Paralympic Winter Games coverage between runs - enjoy Claire! 🎿

What is self-confidence to you?

For me, it’s saying YES to the challenge.
Knowing physically and mentally I can step outside my comfort zone.
Knowing I can handle failing.

Actually… not just handle it — grow from it.

But let’s be real. Sometimes we all need a little hand-holding.
A little external validation.
A little comfort and support.

That’s exactly how the Imbrace compression leggings — that I helped design — make me feel;

Supported on the slopes.
Supported to try the black run.
Supported to push a bigger edge angle.
Supported to get out of my comfort zone safely.

Hand-holding for my knees and hips? Check them out @imbrace_compression

Honestly… why not? 🖤⛷️ #ad #partnership
