TACO DE CAMARONES CUCARACHA for Taco Tuesday! 🦐🇲🇽🔥

Crispy, spicy, and packed with flavor! 🥵

Crunchy marinated prawns on a warm flour tortilla with a creamy guacamole base, topped with @donchendomp’s NEW La Picosita Chiltepin Hot Sauce, fresh chives, cilantro, and a good squeeze of lime. 🍋‍🟩🤌🏼

Here’s how to get that perfect crunch: 👇🏼

🦐 Season your prawns with garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, La Picosita Chiltepin Hot Sauce, lime juice, and low-sodium soy sauce.

Toss them with a little cornstarch or masa harina before frying for that extra crispy bite!

PRO TIP: Go for small prawns! They cook faster, have thinner shells, and are perfect for eating whole when properly prepared. That’s where the magic happens! 💥

Spicy, crispy, and straight-up addictive! 🌮

Would you smash these tacos? 👇🏼

🔥🇲🇽 Mole Chicken Wings 🇲🇽🔥
Who knew a little mole paste by @donchendomp + chicken stock could turn chicken wings into THIS?! 🤯
I marinated these wings in a simple mole mixture, then threw them on the grill, turning and basting them with that same marinade as they cooked. 🔥
Then comes the magic… 🍯 Add a little honey to the marinade and you’ve got yourself a sticky, smoky, sweet & spicy mole glaze that coats every single wing.
Mexican-inspired wings with BIG “Mole” flavor. 🇲🇽🔥
Would you try this new Wings flavor?

Taco, Tetela y Sope 🇲🇽🔥
3 ingredients, 3 delicious ways!

One of the things I love most about Mexican food is how versatile it can be.
With just a few simple ingredients, you can create completely different dishes, each with its own texture, shape and personality. 🌮🇲🇽

Here’s a perfect example using @donchendomp ‘s great Mexican products:

🇲🇽 Taco de Frijol con Chorizo
A soft corn tortilla filled with creamy refried beans and crispy Mexican chorizo, then topped with grated queso fresco, fresh onion and cilantro.

🔺 Tetela de Frijol con Chorizo
A traditional triangle-shaped masa pocket stuffed with refried beans and Mexican chorizo, topped with queso fresco, pickled onions, serrano peppers and fresh cilantro.

🇲🇽 Sope de Frijoles con Chorizo
A thick masa base topped with refried beans, crispy Mexican chorizo, grated queso fresco, pickled onions and cilantro.

Same delicious ingredients, three completely different ways to enjoy them! 🔥

Which one are you choosing?👇🏼
